“The room was really dark and I didn't like the open plan layout with the toilet in the bedroom (no privacy). The room décor was tired and the jacuzzi didn't work. Only 5 hangers which the staff quickly remedied. Lovely long decking area but it hadn't been cleaned and had no decking furniture so you couldn't sit outside. “The hosts were lovely, and the check-in was fast. The room was clean and warm, and the bed comfortable. Sadly there was occasional noise coming from the road nearby and the trains passing by. Overall it was good.”

“This place was a dump. It smelled if sewage and the owner/manager was rude and arrogant. He sent an invoice for GBP20 for an early check-in, we were there an hour early, he gave us the key and never said a thing; good luck with that !!!. The menu was pathetic. We didn't eat there at all. Horrible experience. The room was very clean as was the bathroom, but the sewage smell was unbearable. Never again, whoever owns this place needs a new manager, if the manager is the owner this place can't...

“We stayed 2 nights in a suite. The room was delightful and we slept very well. Dinner both nights was outstanding and we wished we could have stayed longer to try out more of the menu ! Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and also delicious. Would definitely return. ”
