“The staff were so kind and friendly and went out of their way to accomodate us.
We arrived so late about 1am and they were waiting in the rain to help us with our luggage.
The check in/check out procedure was very quick.
The room we stayed in was the romantic double room with balcony overlooking the old town and city and river. It was beautiful.
The breakfast was lovely and à la carte selections which I prefer.
The staff did laundry for us.
We recommend the noodle restaurant Michelin...

Additionally, it offered ample space, and the presence of a bathtub was a significant advantage and fancy. On the other hand, I would like to mention that I was there for two days, and on both days, I encountered roaches. This was disappointing because, as I mentioned earlier, the hotel is quite upscale. Additionally, I placed a “Do Not Disturb”...
