住宿方很主動聯絡，覺得相當不錯！事前聯絡說因為我們訂的房型（一棟6人的）臨時沒了，詢問我們可否拆成兩間（兩棟各3人的），以及因為裝修關係沒法提供免費早餐所以會給住宿費用減免（個人覺得非常划算！六個人一共減了不少錢～），並推薦附近好吃的咖啡廳早餐。 停車很好停，住宿CP值高，員工態度友善，推推。

This is the worst accommodation I have every booked. I say booked because I didn't stay there. The bedcovers were extremely marked and dirty, the room stank of smoke, there were grubby looking sheep skins on the chairs. Curtains were dirty, TV smeared. They were undergoing renovations and the property was very unkept. I couldn't bring myself to stay there, the communication with hosts was terrible, I contacted Expedia for a refund, and they advised the hosts would be in touch and sort this out. I never heard from them or Expedia again. DON'T BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!

The office at the property was in the process of being renovated so it was a bit confusing when checking in. However the owner greeted us in the carpark and was helpful showing us to our apartment.

I booked the king executive and did get a beautiful spa room. The room was nice with parking in front. The bed was comfortable! Temperature and lighting and power were all very good. The bathroom was very modern and upscale. Laundry was handy (soap and washer) and only cost for drying. 2$ nz coin for 1 hour. A deal!! I needed an extra pillow and was looking forward to the advertised “pillow menu” which I have had with other lodge type rooms. This was not forthcoming but by repeated saying I needed an extra pillow the hostess finally realized I needed another pillow. (Medical reasons) The management, in my opinion could revise the expedia description. There were several misrepresentations. There are no cafes on the premises. That claim gives the suggestions of a Lodge or hotel status this motel does not actually provide. They claim a 4 star rating as a motel lodge. for amenities. Meals must be planned ahead and ordered in advance. We used Hell pizza.. Price is on the menu have changed obviously, but it was delicious and the portions were reasonable and not overwhelming. Delivered very quickly and food was delicious. Highly recommend. Toiletries were limited, a generic shampoo, no hair conditioner or body lotion. A phone number was provided for outside of business hours but my phone was unable to connect. Not their fault. The greeting hostess was obliging and kind and busy. She gets a 10 out of 10. Good work !

Very helpful and friendly owner. But there’s had been a fire in the owners part of the building, our luxury one bedroom apartment was far from luxury, candle wick bedspread, kitchen was however well appointed, over all the motel is very run down, gardens were over grown and unkept.

No staff to be seen, keys left in an envelope outside the door. Was abit strange since its on a busy road. Apart from that its a good enough stop in to CC close to everything you need and want to see. And highly affordable, would return here for a quick stop over.

Check in staff and housekeeping were extremely nice. The hotel seems to have made some great updates (nice furniture and new carpeting). We appreciated access to a washer and dryer. It would be great to see you continue your updates by replacing the drapes in the room and updates to the laundry facility.
