Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, courtyard, and balcony.

Electronic door code will be provided prior to arrival.
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

Early check-in / late checkout is available for $10 per hour, up to 2 hours, subject to availability.

You’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay, but we’re only ever a message away.
Our guest services team responds quickly to help with anything—from check-in questions to local recommendations.
Local support is available should anything need attention during your stay.

The property has no allocated car parks; street parking only

Stairs between levels may not suit guests with mobility challenges
Urban city sounds may be heard; we recommend closing windows or using earplugs for light sleepers

Early check-ins / late checkouts available for $10 per hour, up to 2 hours, subject to availability
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am 🕙⏰. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed 🚫🎉. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check-out time is 10am ⏳, and late check-outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property 🚭, and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee 💸. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition, and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour 🧹.

Any damages, spills, or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning 💧💔.
