Tucked behind secure gates in the heart of Christchurch’s dining and entertainment precinct, it feels calm and peaceful from the moment you arrive. Little High Eatery, Riverside Market, The Strip, cafés, a supermarket, the Bus Interchange (300m), tram stop, and the new One NZ Stadium (100m) are all just steps away. Free allocated car park to use during your stay. High speed wifi.

    Designed for relaxed, comfortable city living, this modern townhouse suits couples, friends, small groups or business travellers.

    The open-plan living and dining area is light-filled and generously furnished, flowing into a modern, well-equipped kitchen designed for real use. High-quality finishes throughout give the space a refined but welcoming feel. Unlimited, high speed wi-fi.

    A standout feature is the large, private internal courtyard — quiet, sheltered and generously sized, with ample seating and space to relax, dine or spend time with friends. Courtyard spaces of this size and privacy are rare in the CBD and are a defining feature of this home.

    The property is fully gated and very secure.

    Two high-quality Super King beds, which can be configured as four single beds or a combination to suit your group.
    Please note bed splits will incur an additional fee to accommodate the extra linen costs.
    A fold away trundler bed is also available in the living room for a 5th guest. Please note linen for the trundler bed is an additional fee.

    Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. This is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

    Upper floor is accessible via stairs only; this is a two-storey townhouse.

    City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you`ll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people walking by, cars passing, and the occasional siren.

    Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!

    This property comes with one free carpark. If you have a second vehicle you must use street parking.
    We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

    Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

    Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

    Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including the enclosed balcony and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

    We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
    Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
