Armagh courtyard stay with Nespresso and fibre in Christchurch

Enjoy a private one-bedroom townhouse with a courtyard, fibre Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are reached by stairs, while the living area and optional sofa bed are downstairs. With laundry and a Nespresso machine, it is an easy base for up to three guests exploring Christchurch.

The bedroom has quality linen, and the bathroom includes a bidet. Downstairs you will find the living area, full kitchen and access to the courtyard. A washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and Nespresso coffee machine are provided. For bookings of one or two guests, sofa-bed setup costs NZ$20; it is included for a three-guest booking. Request setup at least one day before arrival.

Guest access
The entire townhouse and courtyard are private to your booking. Stairs are required to reach the bedroom and bathroom.

Location and transport
A city townhouse on Armagh Street, with central Christchurch dining, shopping and attractions in the surrounding area.
Public street parking is available on a first-come basis. Check street signs for any restrictions; a parking space is not reserved.

Important information
For bookings of one or two guests, sofa-bed setup costs NZ$20; it is included for a three-guest booking. Please arrange setup at least one day before arrival and put the sofa bed back after use.

NO FOOD IN THE BEDROOM, please enjoy your meals in the dining/lounge area only

Please do not use towels to clean any surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$30 per hour.

1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
