Salisbury courtyard stay with a 65-inch TV in Christchurch

Relax with a 65-inch TV, fibre Wi-Fi and a private courtyard in this one-bedroom Salisbury Street townhouse. A full kitchen, Nespresso machine and washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable, while a workspace helps you keep up with work. The home accommodates up to three guests with advance sofa-bed arrangements.

The home has a bedroom, bathroom, living area and full kitchen. A Dyson Hot+Cool fan, Nespresso machine, 65-inch TV and laundry facilities are provided. The courtyard is reached by the rear entrance. Sofa-bed setup is NZ$20 and must be requested at least one day before arrival.

Guest access
The entire townhouse and courtyard are for your private use.

Location and transport
Salisbury Street offers a central base for visiting Christchurch cafés, restaurants and attractions.
Public street parking is first-come, first-served. Please follow local signs; there is no reserved parking space.

Important information
Sofa-bed is available for extra $20, please let us know at least one day before your stay and put it back after using.

Please do not use towels to clean any surfaces or items otherwise extra charges may apply to cover additional laundry fees

The cleaning fee covers a general clean of the entire house and the provision of fresh linen and towels. If additional deep cleaning is required to return the house to the original condition, this will be charged at NZD$30 per hour.

1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Please keep generally clean
4: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
5: Switch off all appliances when you are out
6: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
