Guests must climb two flight stairs to reach the apartment.
We would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules
1: Parties and events are strictly prohibited
2: Late check-out is not allowed unless approved in advance, a fee of NZD 50 per hour(plus GST) will apply
3: Sofabed: Our base rate covers up to 4 guests using the standard beds (1 Double, 2 Singles). The sofa bed is physically locked. If your group requires the use of the sofa bed, you MUST select 5 guests when making your reservation, regardless of your actual group size. The extra nightly fee covers the required linen and setup.
4: Please keep generally clean
5: Load the dishwasher and run a fast cycle before checking out
6: Switch off all appliances when you are out
7: Guests are kindly requested to take off their shoes inside and place them by the door
