“The Apt was great and well appointed. Location perfect & communication was excellent. The HOA needs to set up their maintenance and over all up grade a few things. We liked it was a gated community, had a pool and walking beach to sea with good snorkeling. Saw lots of fish turtle and hammer head. ”

“The property was exactly as listed. Was very clean. Had a nice quite beach that at times we had to ourselves. Location is close to boardwalk and stores. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice area with little commotion unlike big resorts. Its truly a place to just relax!”

“The property was a clean condo in a gated community just a mile or two from downtown Christansted parking. The pool was gorgeous, rarely occupied and had a distant view of buck island and the ocean. Check in and check out were easy, and the host is a great communicator. The condo had everything you need for a relaxing vacation stay.”

The communication with the owner before the trip was excellent, and an extremely helpful document was sent beforehand that provided great recommendations for snorkel tours, restaurants, etc. The on-site manager was immediately responsive when we had a question. “Clean and nice view from 3rd floor condo. Sugar beach was pretty secluded and residents were always friendly and helpful. Location was good and only a short drive to Christiansted. Property owner was quick to respond and address issues. Condo is listed as two bedrooms but most of our trip we couldn’t use the loft. The roof was leaking overtop one of the twin beds so that had to be addressed on night one. It was too hot up there to sleep without AC or fan going constantly. Power cut off multiple...

Loved being able to just sit on the porch or leave the porch door open while cooking or laying in bed and listen to the waves.Super awesome having 24hr. access to a beautiful beach and the ocean just a few steps outside of the apartment door. The snorkeling off the back of the house is amazing with sting ray, sea turtles, octopus, sea urchins, and much more. The photo of the front of the house does not do it justice.
