Steps away from Columbus Landing Beach. World class diving at the Salt River Canyon. All bedrooms have private baths with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and one sleeper sofa located in the office. 'Villa Santa Cruz' offers the ultimate retreat for your next Caribbean getaway. Take full advantage of your island vacation with a contemporary - yet exceptionally comfortable - haven where you can entertain guests, indulge in luxury amenities and soak up the tropical sun. Our amazing amenities include a great room with wet bar, big screen TV, game room with wet bar, billiards, pub table, gym, chefs kitchen with dining that seats 8, diesel generator, views of the Caribbean Sea and neighboring islands, sun deck with 40 foot pool, pool adjacent to the '1493 Bar and Grill', our outdoor bbq area with cabana seating for 5 and gas grill, steps from beach.


    Come experience the 'Jewel of the Caribbean' in beautiful St. Croix! Explore on your own, or work with us to help you discover the best the island has to offer. We are located on the North Shore of St. Croix in the Salt River National Park and Ecological Preserve. Completed in 2009 Villa Santa Cruz is full of modern amenities but steeped in a rich and storied history. Our hideaway is located on 'Columbus Landing' beach, named for the place where Columbus anchored 17 ships on his second voyage in 1493. Columbus, as the discoverer of this island, gave it it's original name, 'Santa Cruz' or Holy Cross. Though the island took the derivative of St. Croix later, the property carries the name 'Santa Cruz' in honor of the first visit and the original name of the Caribbean isle. Come experience the luxury of our tropical paradise.

    While I don't think a 4-wheel drive is necessary we do recommend an SUV or a vehicle with a bit more ground clearance to navigate the final approach to our home at this time.

The house had amazing ocean views and was comfortable for everyone. Check-in was easy and the complimentary dinner and bottle of rum upon arrival was a nice surprise. Very nice stay!

We were here in a family vacation, eight adults and two small children. The house was very accommodating for all of us.I was very impressed with how stocked the kitchen was as far as dishes, glasses, and pots and pans. The caretaker was amazing, met us at the airport and helped us get settled. When we ran into an issue with the water, he was there in less than 30 minutes to fix it. We had two meals from the chef, a welcome lunch and a dinner, and they were both absolutely fabulous with plenty of leftovers. The owner was very communicative during the entire booking process and even after arrival when I had questions. I would highly recommend this home.

Our family's stay at Santa Cruz Villa was fantastic from start to finish. Austin and Selwyn couldn't have been more welcoming from meeting us at the airport and having a complimentary dinner waiting for our family (courtesy of Chef J), these two gentlemen made the trip more delightful. Chef J prepared a separate dinner that far surpassed our expectations. The Cruzan food was amazing.Everything matched the listing, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, pool was amazing and well maintained, communication was superb, check-in was smooth, and Stephanie made everything feel simple and well-managed.Sitting on the balcony every morning with a cup of coffee looking out at the ocean was a highlight that our family will never forget.We would absolutely recommend staying here. 10 out of 10!

This beautiful home right on the beach was incredible and surpassed my expectations. All the rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool is gorgeous! We utilized the outdoor kitchen gazebo to make steaks and burgers. The host was most responsive and helpful. Austin the caretaker went above and beyond. There was a small power issue and the generator had to be used a few times but it was seamless and no troubles at all and Austin was there to help. His wife Juliana cooked us exceptionally delicious dinners and prepared cocktails for our group. We also had a wedding by the pool!! Beautiful location for the small wedding. I can say this house was perfect for our vacation/birthday/ wedding trip!

A beautiful home with an amazing view. We enjoyed the location, pool, beach and peace. The home was perfect for four couples. We enjoyed staying here more than visiting other beaches. Kitchen area was great for preparing meals, playing card games on the large table and hanging out. Many games were played on the pool table downstairs. The caregiver, Austin was very kind and helpful in making our stay superb. Upon arrival Selwyn had food prepared for us, a very nice surprise. It was delicious! 10/10 vacation

This is lovely, spacious home with all the amenities. We loved spending time at the pool and beach. The home gym and pool table are great added perks that our family enjoyed. The kitchen is well appointed and we appreciated being able to drink the tap water. Our savior was the gorgeous views from the balcony. And thank you very much for the welcome meal and cocktails.

This property was amazing. Our trip from the minute Austin met us at the airport until we closed the front door at the end of our trip was amazing. This property is beautiful. The listing doesn’t do it justice. The welcome dinner was delicious! The kitchen is well appointed and every room in the house has everything you need to make your trip successful. Everything was clean right down to the pool which by the way was delightful! The little beach is adorable and we had fun finding seaglass and wading in the water. This property made our trip so relaxing! It was very hard to leave. Thank you Stephanie for sharing your property with us! We hope to come back to visit soon. And thank you to Austin and his wife for making our trip extra special.

The communication before our stay was outstanding which gave us plenty of time to plan our activities. Home was perfect place to stay. So relaxing and great way to unplug and just enjoy family time. We had a wonderful stay. The welcome meal was amazing after a long day of travel and we used Julianna again later in the week. Austin was very helpful answering any of our questions.

We had great communication with the host. The property "manager" did not have the best communication.The home and amenities were incredible. Awesome private beach and pool. Some repairs need done to the property but nothing too crazy.

A spectacular house on the beach. Very spacious with every possible comfort items.Six of us (3 couples) enjoyed our stay in separate master bedrooms. We hired house chef to prepare dinner for several nights. The house manager was very attentive to our needs as the dryer broke down and he replaced it that same dayThe communications with the host were great and very helpful. For sure, we will return.

The home was beautiful with lots of room for our party of 10. Home and pool were clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed. Property Manager Austin was very helpful and responsive. Even came out to assist when we needed help with a minor coral injury. A welcome meal was provided on arrival. As a bonus we hired Austin’s wife Juliana to prepare a birthday celebration meal and a couple of other small meals. Highly recommend this home and would stay there again. Definitely 10/10!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The property manager met us at the airport and escorted us to the home. We were happily surprised with food and a complimentary bottle of rum. After a long day of travel both were most welcome!Important note - the beds were all very comfortable. The pool was sparkling clean and well maintained. While not really a swimming beach, walks and shell hunting was a lot of fun. Be sure to keep an eye out for the hermit crabs on property! We were a group of adults but I think anyone with children would enjoy them. I would highly recommend this property and absolutely stay again.

We had a large group for Destination Honeymoon! We loved the house and the location. The pool is fantastic, and the house is well stocked. Communication with the owner and property manager was awesome!!! We were pleasantly surprised with a lasagna dinner and rum punch upon our arrival. We definitely will return!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This beautiful property with a gourmet kitchen, incredible outdoor space and amazing views was just perfect for 8 couples to celebrate our anniversary and still have their own private retreat. Austin and the team were so attentive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and cannot wait to make a return visit.
