Gorgeous St Croix setting

We couldn't have asked for a better, more beautiful view of the turquoise water surrounding St Croix! Gil was responsive to our questions and the house was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, sun-bathing, and exploring the beach!

Simply beautiful

The location of the property is the first thing we noticed. It's up high and provides a stunning view day and night of the ocean. The breeze flows through the house so well, that the air conditioning (which works perfectly) is hardly necessary. The host is very responsive and always quick to help with any questions. Water deliveries keep you hydrated without tapping resources outside of the property. The pool and grounds in general provide a fantastic, scenic location for relaxing with your family. The many amenities include a bbq grill, smart tvs, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, to name a few. The lower apartment gives some much appreciated separation for larger groups or groups with children such as ourselves (7 adults, 3 children). The central location on the island means that you can pretty much get anywhere within 20 to 30 minutes. The interior spaces in the house are well appointed and with each bedroom having It's own bathroom, everyone could truly feel like they had their own space. The gate and security cameras add to the feeling of safety. The area itself is so quiet and rural, that relaxing becomes second nature. There are many plusses to this property and it was definitely a favorite of ours. Highly recommended.

Amazing family vacation

We really enjoyed spending several days at this house with family. The house was really well stocked and the pool and view were incredible. If we ever get the chance to come back to St. Croix, we would stay again!

Spring Break Girls Trip

We were a group of 10 ladies on Spring Break. The home was just as stated and the pictures were accurate. We enjoyed our stay very much! We rented a van to get around the island and saw and enjoyed so many beautiful beaches! The beaches across the road from the house are beautiful but not accessible. Accessing beaches are a short drive.

Fabulous island getaway!

Our multigenerational family group (ages 4-84, 3 couples + 2 kids) had a fabulous stay! The house was spacious w/ 2 kids sharing the queen room, and each bedroom having its own bathroom. The lower flat (bedroom/kitchen/bath w/ separate entrance was plenty big for 1 couple to have a bit more privacy - the first impression was that it was a bit musty but opening the windows for fresh air and then running the A/C the first night cleared out any stale air. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed once we looked around in the many drawers and cabinets, including plenty of ice trays and ice packs for the medium-sized cooler that was available for use. The grill worked great, and the outside table fit all 8 of us for every dinner, enjoyed with an ocean view and cooling breeze! There was great air circulation in the main part of the house (living room, dining area, kitchen - all open plan) with the windows and front/back doors open, and stepping out onto the oceanview covered patio off the living area gave the best light winds for cooling off. We used the pool every day and some evenings. It gets great shade from mid-afternoon on, and the temperature and size was perfect. We enjoyed being on the quieter east end of the island, but still a reasonable drive (15-20 minutes) to several beautiful and uncrowded beaches, and only 45 minutes to our furthest destination of Frederiksted. Gil was so helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs, both before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful time. The pool and patio were a perfect gathering spot. The house with each bedroom having its own bathroom was great . The location close to town and restaurants and the casino was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay

Went with my wife, 2 daughters and 2 of their friends. Plenty of room, didn't even use the downstairs. Beautiful view of the ocean. Must needed vacation.

Celebration cut short due to stove issue

The view is to die for We found the house looks clean and tidy but dirty screens, dirty pool after just 1 day refrigerator filled with opened condiments closets no assembly kitchen stove stopped working after 4 days of our 7 day vacation so the food we purchased had to be given away. Cost us more money to eat out I was credited money that covered one breakfast for 6 people These things can be fixed. Hope this helps

Wonderful house

The house was wonderful, just as advertised. The pool was great and the views were spectacular. It's very much in a quiet spot, so getting to the hustle and bustle takes a bit of driving. Gil was great and made sure we had what we needed.

Beautiful property with amazing views. Great communication.

My husband and I spent a week here with three other couples. The house is beautiful as are the views from this location. It is located on the east end of the island with other beautiful homes. Very peaceful neighborhood. The pool and deck were beautiful and spacious. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Communication with Gil was amazing. He was very attentive to our needs. There were some kitchen cleanliness issues when our group checked in but they were addressed properly. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The property was perfect!! We had 10 in all and it fit us perfectly! We had more then enough space to spread out! The breeze that came through was so perfect we didn’t even need the air at night! The pool was great for sitting around and swimming!! We loved grilling at night!! Making breakfast in the morning 🤗 Gil was great when we had a questions!! Definitely would stay again!!

Gorgeous island home

We had a fabulous time, the house is gorgeous, just as listed. We had an issue upon arrival with a taxi hitting the gate and the owner was very understanding and kind about the whole thing, he was super responsive to any questions I had throughout the stay. . The downstairs is like a separate apartment and doesn't connect to the main house which worked fine for us. Also the pool is not fenced which again was fine for us but may be an issue with little rambunctious kids. I loved this house. If I could live there I would :) thanks so much for an awesome time.

Very nice

Easy check in, very responsive owner. House could have been a little cleaner but not aweful. Well stocked kitchen, all appliaces worked great, pool was lovely. Towels provided were bran new. All beds comfy.

Exactly as described

The water at this property is on a collected from the roof system so you must buy water for drinking and ice and there was none available apon our arrival which was disappointing, however, everything else is exactly as described, and the views here are amazing. There is no direct access to the beach but access is available less than a mile in either direction. The pool is well maintained and a pleasant temperature despite the fact it was late July/early August during our stay. This property is 20 minuets away from the city so expect to drive to get your groceries, restaurants, etc, but with that said there is plenty of farm life and other critters along the way with the amazing breathtaking teal blue ocean to keep you entertained while going back and forth. We enjoyed our time here. Thanks Gil

Amazing place and what a wonderful vacation

The best place to enjoy is the main balcony overlooking the street into the ocean. Overall a very nice place for two families. The dishwasher was not working and the owner got it replaced in 2 days. He also sent us extra towels for us. Kept the communication going! The owner's brother also helped us buy lobsters from a local market. We enjoyed this place a lot and will be back!

Spacious Villa with outstanding views

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Was good location to tour the entire island. Porches off every room are the best. And super spacious for a family of 5! Gill the property manager makes communication so easy.
