“The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. However, we could clearly hear the upstairs walking around very loudly and that was rather annoying and disturbing; otherwise, we enjoyed our one night stay.”

“Large, clean, and private, with a beautiful hot tub facing the mountains. Well appointed, with plenty of kitchen features and new appliances. The gas fireplace was a lovely touch, and the wi fi was fast. The owner got back to me about a minor problem immediately with an answer. Good water pressure in the showers, comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to great places to eat and a little grocery store that had everything we needed. We would absolutely come back!!”

“This was a quick stayover between other towns so I really didn't care too much about the location. But the bed was the worst we slept in over our two weeks, including sleeping on the ground. Very hard and we could feel the springs. The bed frame was nice but the position of the tv made it impossible to watch it from the bed and there was no other place to sit. “The unit was clean, well maintained and perfectly appointed. I got to see a moose and her baby resting in the grass in the morning. This location is close to hiking and Potter’s Marsh with downtown not far away. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Communication was outstanding.”

“The VRBO had strong cleaner smell when we opened the door. Made my eyes water after opening windows for a few minutes it was fine. If you need to reach Corbin during your visit hopefully he responds. We never heard back from him during our stay. Luckily it wasn’t an emergency. There was only one cereal spoon and no dish towel or dishcloth. I dropped something under the bed and noticed it needed a little attention.”

“First the wonderful. The Condo was super clean and very well equipped. The location was perfect easy to get down town and several options for walking. Not wonderful. The published description did include that the condo was a three story walk up. However, it was fairly deep in the description. For two people in there upper 70’s with heavy luggage, it was a challenge. I know it is on me for not reading carefully, but I think that fact needs to be more prominent in the description.”

“This was a great place to stay. Very clean. The place isn’t super fancy, but the owners had several little touches that we appreciated (nice soap/shampoo, games, books, snacks, coffee, and even an umbrella available for us to use). The blackout blinds were great in the bedroom, which is a must this time of year in Alaska. The neighborhood was quiet. I do recommend having a rental car, since there’s not much to do within walking distance, but it’s a very short drive to the airport or to downtown.”

“This is a gem. Very convenient walk to grocery or the lake to see ducks and loons. Bus routes were short and required no transfers from the Dimond mall or airport. ”

“The inside of the property is amazing. Very comfortable. Host is great as well, but tends to communicate through the VRBO app so best to have that. The grill(s) were not functioning and I believe there is a misunderstanding on what a hot tub is. There certainly is no hot tub/spa. There is a tub. External is less attractive. I will say at this price point it is far above others. Some supplies such as soap, shampoo, and food condiments were lacking. Would likely be better as the travel...
