“4人家族２組で、102と103の2棟を予約しました。高齢の母はトイレとベッドルームが同フロアの102へ。バリアフリーで、夜中も問題なく過ごせました。リネン類も清潔で使いやすく、歯ブラシ等のアメニティも一通り揃っていて、ホテル同様に過ごせます。夕食は徒歩圏内の松江駅前で。朝食は道向かいのコンビニで調達し、キッチンのコーヒーメーカーなどを使用しました。今までは松江駅周辺のホテルを利用していましたが、今後はここ一択だなと家族も言っています。”

“とてもきれいで、ロケーションも最高でした。部屋も広くゆったりできたので子ども達も大満足でした。バルコニーが素敵だったので、そこで夜ゆっくり飲みながら団欒するのを目的でその部屋を予約したのですが、照明が壊れていたのが残念でした（代わりのLEDランタンを用意していただきました）。周りに夕食を食べるところが無かったので、せっかく部屋にガスコンロや炊飯器等が設置されていたので部屋で料理して食事しました。事前に問合せしたら調理器具やお皿は無く、全てレンタルとの事でしたので全て持参して調理しました。それも楽しい思い出の一つとなりました。お風呂も広く、洗濯して乾燥までできましたし、色々と満足できる内容でした。機会があれば、また泊まりたいと思いました。”

“This is such a beautiful location, and the home is well-maintained and decorated with care. When we arrived, four pairs of slippers were waiting for us, just as if we were staying in a traditional ryokan or machiya. We felt welcomed as invited guests. The guide covered most of the operational questions we would have had, and the pictorial on-site book answered most others. The ocean-facing patio also had outdoor slippers and while it was too cool to go in the ocean, the outdoor shower located...

“Das Rakuten Stay House war eine unserer besten Unterkünfte, die wir auf unserer knapp 4-wöchigen Reise durch Japan gebucht hatten. Ruhig gelegen, modern ausgestattet, sauber, mit allem versehen, was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und bedauern es, hier nur 2 Nächte verbracht zu haben. Check-in und Check-out haben problemlos funktioniert. Tipp für Hagi: unbedingt mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Macht einen Riesen-Spaß!!!”
