“The staff were lovely and made me feel very welcome. There is ample free parking on site and my room exceeded my expectation, with bottled water, biscuits and tea/coffee. A comfy double bed with a TV with a selection of movies on demand and a heating unit which I was very grateful for as it was Christmas. Overall, a lovely place to stay with good people all amongst Epping forest. Will definitely stay again when I am down that way. Thank you!”

“The property is very nice - good location for my visit to Tottenham Stadium to see a concert - it is approx half an hour walk- the only issue I had as a light sleeper was that due to no carpets in the room there was quite a lot of noise from guests walking about upstairs - otherwise all good 😊”

Al personale dell'hotel poi pare dare solo fastidio. A disaster. The room was large, but dusty and dirty. The whole hotel was dirty. Not to mention the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The hotel staff seemed annoyed by us. Un desastre. La habitación era grande, pero polvorienta y sucia. Todo el hotel estaba sucio. Por no hablar...

“This was great inexpensive no frills town home style home. 5 separate bedrooms 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms that are shared by the renters. I came for a short trip to watch the Ravens play and it was perfect for my needs. My room was clean and comfortable. And had a sink TV refrigerator and an armoire. Just perfect for me or a couple. Minutes from the Stadium. The surrounding area is residential. The owner is very friendly and hospitable! I would definitely stay again if traveling solo or...

“Hemos estado bien, es un hotel a 20 minutos en metro de Londres con una estación de metro a 10 minutos andando. No hablan español pero nos entendimos bien. En la habitación te dejan unos sobres de café y te por si quieres usarlos. El hotel en si no está mal solo para dormir y ducharte además es un precio muy asequible para hospedarse cerca de Londres. Nos imprimieron las hojas de embarque.”
