  • Call this cute hideaway home during your stay in this historic, transitional up and coming Dayton, KY neighborhood. Bright and open family room, newly renovated kitchen, fully furnished and equipped with the comforts of home.



    Just 3 miles from downtown Cincinnati and walking distance to local bars, restaurants and entertainment. Minutes to Cincinnati sports stadiums (Bengals, Reds, FC Cincinnati) and local concert venues (e.g. Riverbend Music Center, MegaCorp Pavillion, Andrew J. Brady Music Center).



    3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 family rooms, open style eat in kitchen and spacious deck for additional space to relax. Sleeps 6.

Loved the house! It was spotless clean! The bed was amazingly comfortable and loved the big comforter it had! The kitchen had all the necessary items needed for cooking our own meals! Couches comfortable and cozy for conversations!

Very responsive and supportive hosts! With the closeness of neighbors and RR behind property it was nice to have the "noise generators" in each bedroom. Very updated, clean, and cozy place; and convenient to all things N.Ky and Cincy.Great directions for arriving with the main parking behind house off the alley. Very much appreciate the host-provided snacks, Kcups, tea, and paper products!Will use again if in the area.

Wow! Where to begin? The porch is ideal for a morning cup of coffee or a read or watching the sunset over Cincinnati. Spacious, beautiful, clean. Well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to/from great coffee(Elliot’s-“a must stop”), great puzza (Wayfarers), and path on Ohio River. Easy drive into Cincy for a Reds game or the Zoo. Dayton and Bellevue are great small towns to call home base and everyone should spend time in this amazing area. New Riff distillery is worth the visit. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Cincy area.

This was a well kept house and had everything we needed. It had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on vacation. Enjoyed our stay.

Great veiws

Great house to stay in. My kids loved staying here and the views where very beautiful from the balconies. We dont wear shoes indoors so the floors could use a bit more cleaning but overall a very nice and tidy and comfortable place to stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house was great with plenty of room! Had a minor issue upon arriving and we were able to contact our host right away and all was resolved within a couple of hours. The house was equipped with everything we needed (from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms).Highly recommend this home.

We stayed here for parents weekend at Cincy. Just a quick 10 minute drive to campus. House was lovely-- clean and very comfortable. Cute neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. Walking distance to the river.

A great rental in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was pleasant and well-appointed with comfortable beds. The location is just a short drive from Cincinnati and close enough to Kentucky's bourbon country to take a day trip. I highly recommend it.

The house was very clean and organized. The downtown area was super cute and close with great places to eat. Its very close to the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper if may bother you, but they weren't long trains and didnt come through often. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Beautiful home! It was home away from home for us. It was close to everything we wanted to do and safe enough neighborhood to take walks. Close to some great food and shops in Bellevue. If we ever plan on going to Cincinnati or Newport again we would definitely want to stay here again.

Comfortable, modern and clean

This property was simply amazing. It was well located to get quick into Cincy, it was clean, well kept and the beds were very comfortable. Brad, the host was easily available to answer any queries I had.
