  • Stay along the Little Miami River and the Loveland Bike Trail at a property rich in history and character- The over 100 years old Peters Cartridge Factory. Nestled only a mile from Kings Island, and along the bike trail and Little Miami River. Located next to Cartridge Brewing Company. Property has an exercise room, connected to 78 miles of walking paths, beach access to river, shared outdoor fire pit, and so much more! This is a loft and has an industrial feel. Great place for a stay-cation.

    BEDROOM #1 Located just to the right of the front door, this bedroom has a door you can shut. The Queen bed is memory foam and there is a ROKU TV.

    BATHROOM #1 Located in the entrance hallway, this bathroom features a full-length mirror and a tub/shower combination.

    KITCHEN Full kitchen with brand new appliance, including a Keurig and coffee pods. Four bar stools make it easy to eat at the kitchen island.

    LIVING ROOM, the kitchen and living room are open concept. You have plenty of space and windows to make this room feel very large. Comfortable couch, ROKU TV, and a dedicated work space make this perfect for anyone!

    BEDROOM #2 This bedroom is in the open loft upstairs and has king size bed, ROKU TV, full length mirror, large closet, and a full bathroom off the room.

    BATHROOM #2 Full bathroom with shower. This is located off the bedroom #2.

    The Peters Cartridge Factory Apartments are located near Maineville, Kings Mills, Landen, Loveland, Mason, Lebanon and South Lebanon. We will send you further instructions on how to enter the loft building upon booking and payment. You may only park in the open lot with the parking pass we provide. These lofts are not in a neighborhood, but rather in a unique setting- A brand new development right next to the river in a very old factory that has been completely renovated. The units are right on the Little Miami River and also on the Loveland bike trail. There is a fully operational brewery and restaurant on location. Most people bike, or walk, or hike. But, you will need a car, Lyft or Uber to get to the property. We are very close to Kings Island and Camp Cedar. Renovated, repurposed and reimagined, the Peters Cartridge Factory has come back to life with 134 unique apartments, that offer urban living in the suburbs with lifestyle amenities. Nestled in a natural setting, the apartments offer easy access to the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, shopping, area offices and I-71.

    We use the August Home application, which means there are no keys to lose! We will send you further instructions on how to enter the loft building upon booking and payment.

    You may only park in the open lot with the parking pass we provide.

    We try to give our guests the utmost privacy and respect. If you do need us, we have a management team that is easily reached!

    Renovated, repurposed and reimagined, the Peters Cartridge Factory has come back to life with 134 unique apartments, that offer urban living in the suburbs with lifestyle amenities. Nestled in a natural setting, the apartments offer easy access to the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail, shopping, area offices and I-71.
    Before booking with us, please look over our standard house rules. Nothing too crazy – we put a lot of personal love into making this property your home away from home. Thanks!

    • No parties or events allowed.
    • No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
    • Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
    • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
    • Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
    • Please take care of the furnishings.
    • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
    • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
    • You must notify the host of any pets you plan on bringing (certain dog breeds are not accepted).
    • Dogs must be on leash while outside units.
    • Dogs must be non-aggressive and socialized around other dogs.
    • Please pick up after your dog.

    If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

    If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home

Perfect long weekend stay!

This was a great place to stay and my kids loved it. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick and easy breakfasts and snacks. The area was quiet and we had no issue with noise. Ww had a hiccup at checkin, through no fault of the rental company, and they worked quickly and efficiently to make sure our trip got back on track after a long day of travel! Having the brewery next door for meals and relaxing was juat the cherry on top. My kids and I would happily stay there again our next time in the area!

Check in process was simple and the property was exactly what we were looking for… something out of the ordinary. Riverwalk along the Little Miami was awesome as well as staying at a property that was historically significant. Convent to everything and close to family. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great property but is advertised as having two full beds in common area. This is not correct and has not be updated even after property manager said it was a mistake. Property manager did bring in one blow up bed, but not the same as as two full beds. Besides that, property manager is very responsive and loft was clean and furnishing are nice.

We stayed for 4 weeks, interim in between homes. The unit is very clean, safe, comfortable bed and being right on the bike trail is a bonus. Perfect place for a staycation or out of town visitors.
