Great stay with some hiccups
For all the trouble I had to get to Cincinnati, it didn't help that the passcode they told me would be my last four numbers of my phone number, but it somehow got mixed up (it could have been my fault honestly, I'm not sure who mixed up the number) and for the 6 AM smoke alarm dying that consistently beeped until after 1 pm, I would stay here again. It would help if there was an emergency line for the moments such as a smoke alarm beeping, but I was able to get a hold of customer service when I couldn't get into the building. The parking lot was great and a big reason I stayed there but it would be helpful to tell your customer that they have to go on a one way street between buildings just to get to the lot. I loved the location, I was so close to Findlay and the street car, and I'm happy with my stay, I will stay here again when I go back to Cincy. I also found the check in and check out instructions pretty clear and easy to follow.
