Increíbles vistas en una terraza privada con vistas a OTR y al centro. Con un gran patio trasero, una comunidad segura y unida y 1 espacio de estacionamiento en la calle, es perfecto para parejas y familias que necesitan un patio y espacio para estirarse.

Ubicado a 2 millas de Good Samaritan Hospital, Mercy Hospital, University of Cincinnati Medical facilities, Cincinnati Children's Hospital y Christ Hospital. Camina hasta la Universidad de Cincinnati, FC Cincinnati o toma el tranvía hasta el río para un partido de los Rojos o los Bengals. Este es un estudio elegante y acogedor en un dúplex de 2 apartamentos ubicado en la ladera de la colina Bellevue, en el borde del río Rin. Es una de las pocas propiedades en Over the Rhine con una gran vista, estacionamiento fuera de la calle y un gran patio trasero. This is the best rental for 2 people. Very clean, quite area. Beautiful views of Cincinnati. Full kitchen. Outside Deck with table. I enjoyed sitting and drinking my coffee every day. Almost an response for anything we needed from owner. I definitely will spread the word to family and friends.

My wife and I enjoyed the overnight stay at over-the-rhine. Nice view of Cincinnati from the balcony. Unit was equipped with everything we needed. Make sure you visit the rhinegeist brewery on elm st. You will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay here, it's amongst the more interesting and unique neighborhoods in which we've stayed. The historical markers around the block are informative, and the property itself was perfect for my wife, our dog and I. Very conveniently located with regards to the highway, OTR, and UC, we can’t wait to go back for more Cincinnati fun!

This place is perfect for a single person or a couple. It is a studio, but the bedroom/living room is more than ample. The kitchen is behind an old brick wall that adds to the charm of the place, and comes with a tea pot, a coffee maker and sugar, nice silverware and cups. There is a tiny table for two. The bathroom is fine, with a good sized bath/shower. The is even a washer and dryer shared with tenants upstairs but separate from them. There is good AC (and i assume heat) and internet with subscriptions (surprisingly!) to several streaming services.. Outdoors, there ‘s a good view of OTR and downtown. Next door is a sizable side yard. You reach your place by descending old rock stairs which were no problem for me, and i am 73. It is an old, unfancy neighborhood, but as far as i could tell, safe. Cincinnati is hilly and this neighborhood is too, which accounts for a lot of its charm. I would come back again; indeed i wouldn’t look for another VRBO. Check-in was easy and the host had tips about the neighborhood. One small quibble. The host says it has “great views IN OTR.”. This place has views of over-the-Rhine but isn’t in it, which i would say is a plus because it is calm and quiet up here, not noisy or congested.

What a nice hidden gem. Nice clean apt. Bring ear plugs tho, the freezer made strange noises the whole night. Love the back deck area! We had a lovely dinner out there, listening to chick cores “my one and only love”. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean, comfortable

Ben's property was just as advertised, and he was very responsive. The bed was comfy, everything worked, and the street was a super interesting little enclave in a funky area of town. We walked our dogs and read all the signs about the history of the neighborhood. The little yard was very clean and well manicured and perfect for our small dogs. The location was excellent for our wedding plans downtown. We were never more than 10 minutes from anything we wanted to do or visit, including the zoo/botanical gardens and the awesome riverfront!

Very Clean and Great View

We just needed a place to stay for an event in Cincinatti, and this was perfect. Very clean and good location, very close to UC campus. The unit is downstairs, so we did hear footsteps above at night but was not bad. Great place for our little dog, had a very nice yard which is unusual for that area.

Consistently Comfortable Stay

I’ve stayed here multiple times on my drive from MI to TN and am never disappointed. If you have time to explore the neighborhood, there are many neat bars and restaurants popping up.

Staycation

Location was great…close to downtown and Clifton but very quiet. It’s a cute studio apartment. Communication was great with owner. Kitchen essentials were sparse which made cooking difficult. Very few utensils, no dish towels and only one pot. Great for a quick get away with little to no cooking involved.

Cute Studio Apartment

The property inside was so cute. Just the right size for a couple. Bathroom could use a bit more shelving for toiletries. The way down to the entrance and back up to the parking was difficult because of the old steps and no decent hand railing. The location is in a transitional neighborhood... no little cafes or eateries in walking distance. Not sure about Uber or taxis, so I figure you need to be prepared to drive everywhere. It would have been nice to have a directory or an email about what is close by for food delivery or anything else about the neighborhood offerings.
