Location was great for our venue. Basic kitchen supplies were lacking, no toaster. Some electrical issues in guest bedrooms. Mold in guest bathroom shower. Otherwise location and layout of house was fine.

We had an easy check in and our stay was wonderful. There was a small issue of an outlet that wasn't working properly and they sent someone out that same day to help us out! The whole team was kind and great! The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day. If we ever have a need to come back into this area, we will definitely stay again!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and brought out four kids. I was quite disappointed to find the pool was not opened, completely disgusting, and no where able to be used. Overall the back patio area was neat, however it was dirty and not fully usable with people's trash left behind and bird poop all over the couch seating areas where you would want to hang out. The deck needs a strong power wash. The pool and hot tub were the reason we picked this relatively expensive place- title said Lux and Pool. Thankfully the hot tub worked. the inside of the house was modern and clean in the front room and bedrooms. The kitchen had ants coming from the side door but that was remedied, once we could contact the property manager. There is like three or four phone numbers to variou property managers that will all write and act like they're wanting to help you. However none of them will help until you text the right guy that will show up and then address your concerns. But it took us the first entire evening to get in touch with somebody to help. Two or three numbers texted us back noting someone else needs to help. Finally someone brought us a coffee pot as there was only a Keurig there and ant traps and took down a wasps nest. So they did try to meet our concerns. I'm just very upset that I overpaid for a place where the pool wasn't working and was disgusting when a pool was clearly advertised in the title, and my family planned to spend a full day swimming.

The property was just like the pictures. The booking was thru VRBO but then another company Grand Welcome took over then they wanted me to check in with Super Hog. I had to call and make sure it was not a scam and we would have a place to stay. I thought too many people asking for information was unnecessary. There were no pans to cook anything. We were looking forward to a nice home cooked meal from grandma (of course we help!) and that never happened. I did contact the company and they said they would get something, but there was nothing before we left. The beds are comfortable. We had plenty of towels and hand cloths for showers. The hot tub was so relaxing and they had seperate towels for that. The location is great and about 5-10 minutes from everything in Mason Ohio and the neighborhood is quiet.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay. Plenty of room and amenities. They even had items available like a high chair and pack-n-play. Hot tub was a super bonus! We could have used a little more seating in the living room but that’s not enough of a reason not to stay here again! We’ll be back!
