Private Top Floor in Historic Home

  • Enjoy your home away from home in this historic home. This location is minutes away from MainStrasse entertainment district's restaurants, bars and boutiques. I am blocks away from the Ohio river. Walks along the river give you beautiful views of Cincinnati and make it convenient to reach its many dining, sporting, museums and other cultural attractions. Also in the "neighborhood" , Newport on the Levee and the Aquarium.
    The space
    This cozy 3rd floor apartment has its own private entrance. It has a dishwasher and eat in kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, toaster and Keurig. Basic cookware,as well as dishes and flatware are provided. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate along with breakfast bars and oatmeal is available.
    Guest access
    Guests have their own private entrance via an electronic keypad lock. The 4 digit code will be provided prior to your arrival. You will have use of the entire apartment. You will access the gate from Greenup Street. No locals accepted as guest at this property all guest must have an ID on file including an address of at least 50 miles of zip code 41011

Everything was as it was stated on the property listing. The kitchen had everything you needed in order to cook and eat. The bed was comfortable, the indoor temp was good, great water heater with reslly good pressure, and the place was very clean and well stocked. The owner is very sweet and fantastic at communication. The backyard is very nice with the koi pond, the seating area, etc. I will definitely be going back in the future.

This home is well-located for an easy drive around Cincinnati. We found close parking each night, check in was easy with one minor clarification message, and the space is beautiful and squeaky clean.

Visit to our former hometown

We spent 1 month in this darling 3rd floor apartment just a quick walk to downtown Covington and across the river to Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet, Elizabeth was an amazing host and there never was an issue with street parking. I would highly recommend this stunning Victorian home for your next vacation. You will never find a better host than Elizabeth.

Beautiful historic home

I had an excellent 5-night stay. The property is very easy to access and there is plenty of street parking available. The rental was very clean and comfortable. I’ll be back next time I’m in Covington.

Amazing Top Floor Loft

My husband and I loved our stay here. The building is over a hundred years old and has been renovated to keep its charm and updated with modern conveniences. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in and out was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. And the neighborhood was very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property, location, and host!

The apartment was very cute and felt very relaxing. Just like home. The location was excellent for access to Riverbend and Newport on the Levee. We also went to Molly Malones for dinner and live music (it was also excellent!) I would highly recommend this location and host!

Cincinnati/Covington in a cinch

Unique area, amazingly central to both the areas in Covington and in Cincinatti that we wanted to visit. We were able to do all we wanted: Reds game, multiple museums including the Freedom Center, lots of dining, all within walking distance or short drives.

Covington Cozy

We really enjoyed our three-night stay in Covington! We had some great meals at restaurants in town, soaked in the German culture while staying in the historic district, and tried the "Goetta" this town is famous for! Thank you, Elizabeth for your warm hospitality and for providing us with such lovely and cozy rooms at the top of your house (...and for giving us our first taste of Goetta)!

My girlfriend and i both fell in love with the property, and the owner is so kind!! We made sure to text her morning we left with any laundry we had and she responded stating she hoped we had a blast at our concert and wished us a safe drive home. 10/10 would stay again!

We were on the 3rd floor. Temperature was very comfortable. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed sitting out back in a beautifully landscaped yard.

Fantastic loft and super clean!!!

Elizabeth was so nice and helpful, very quick to respond too! The loft was decorated wonderfully and so SO clean!! The location was very convenient so Cinci and Covington was a great lil town. We will def stay here again when visiting the area!!!
