  • This home, built in 1900, has historical charm with modern amenities. The house is within walking distance to downtown Cincinnati and has a large great room on the first floor!

    A convenient location makes it quick and easy to get anywhere in the city. Minutes walk to Washington Park, Cincinnati Music Hall, Ballet, Findlay Market, various bars & restaurants, Great American Ball Park, Paul Brown Stadium, and the soon to be home of FC Cincinnati, West End Stadium.

We had a nice stay in this house. House was very clean and communication with the host was terrific. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for two families and lots of towels (yay!). Kitchen was large but needed a couple more pots and pans to make cooking for a larger group easy. House is very conveniently located and the off-street parking was easy to use.

Great house for a group, loved having 3 bathrooms. easy access to Cincinnati only 40 min to the Ark encounter. very clean and beds were comfortable. plenty of parking.

Great property

We had a full group of 16 people stay for the weekend. There was plenty of space for us all, and the house was very clean! I'd stay here again!

Great location and updated property

Location, parking, hot water and linens were all fantastic! First floor was open floor plan with lots of room for people to visit, eat and play games.

Most excellent place to stay

This property was amazing and we had such a blast. Very close to everything near the UC campus. Property manager was excellent. We had a medical issue while we were there and he worked with us to make our stay fantastic. Will for sure stay here again in the future.

The parking was a bit tight. We had 1 van, 1 large SUV, and 2 regular size cars. There was an entrance to the basement that made the driveway tighter as you had to avoid the opening to the steps that went down. If you are planning to stay, the 3 bed bedroom and the two bed bedroom are on the 3rd floor and the stairs are steep. Don't plan on someone with hip or knee problems up there. There was plenty of space for our group of nine to meet and each sleep in our own space. The neighborhood around the house is a bit sketchy, but we felt safe in the house.

Business Meeting

This was a great size house for a weekend business meeting/getaway. Plenty of room, large table, and the Television was large enough for us to see our documents. If we do this again, we will book here.

Girls weekend

Great place all 7 of us had our own comfortable bed. Getting ready was easy with 3 bathrooms, close to downtown where we went to Montgomery Inn boathouse, Taft theater, Vie Vent in Fountain Square, Findlay Market and Mount Adams city view tavern. We will be back. Felt comfortable and safe.

Wedding party

We booked this so that all of our bridesmaids and groomsmen would have a place to stay/get ready at. It was amazing! Large, spacious, great lighting/aesthetic, great communication with the owner. It was magical and perfect. Highly recommend booking here!!

Great group property!

We took a girls golf trip and 12 of us enjoyed the house. It was nicely remoldeled and a short distance to where our golf and pickleball were located. It is located in an older neighborhood that needs some love and the driveway/parking was tricky. The kitchen and living areas were great for our group.

Perfect UC Mom Weekend

The home was exactly as advertised. Loved having bathrooms on every floor and everyone had their own bed. Seven moms visiting our sons at UC. Had all the boys to the house with plenty of space to entertain, eat, drink and party games. Easy off street parking. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.
