With a stay at The Grand Elm Suites, comprised of 2 apartments that can also be booked individually, you and your guests are provided with distinct spaces to spread out and enjoy your own private corner before coming back together to explore this dynamic destination.

    The Space:
    This hidden gem has all the charm of a cozy small-town retreat combined with the convenience of a highly walkable, friendly community. Stroll through tree-lined streets where every corner reveals a slice of history as you pop into local shops or grab a bite at one of many eclectic restaurants. This convenient location also places you just a 15-minute drive to the Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky International Airport, making access to and from the home a breeze. Day trips take you across the Ohio River and into the heart of Cincy, where incredible museums, bustling sports venues, and vibrant arts district provide endless options for adventure. Don’t pass up the opportunity to make the 30-minute drive south to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum, two family-friendly, biblical-themed attractions that you simply have to see to believe.

    In each of the homes, simple-chic spaces come furnished with exactly everything you need to make the most out of your stay. Stylish living rooms offer comfortable sofa and armchair seating when you’re ready to take a break, with smart TVs streaming all your favorite shows and movies. Dining options are aplenty, with Suite 1 offering a formal table for 6 and Suite 2 offering a table for 4 and 5 high-top stools at the kitchen counter. Each well-equipped kitchen can accommodate all your mealtime aspirations, with full-sized appliances alongside ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. In the early morning hours, take your fresh cup of coffee into the sunroom in Suite 1 or on the balcony of Suite 2, soaking in the sunshine while you make your plans for the new and exciting day ahead.

    Combined, these homes comfortably sleep 10 guests.

    Grand Elm Suite 1
    This home sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

    Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed.

    Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

    The full guest bathroom includes a pedestal sink and shower/tub combo.

    Grand Elm Suite 2
    This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

    Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, full size bed, and dedicated workspace.

    Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed.

    The full guest bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

    THINGS TO NOTE:
    • Communal laundry on site.
    • Lot parking available for 4 vehicles.
    • Fireplace in the second bedroom of Suite 2 is not for guest use.
    • These homes are located in a mixed-use building shared with Grand Welcome offices, each featuring its own private entrance for guest convenience and privacy.
    • This rental is a composite of Grand Elm Suites 1 and 2. Smaller groups are encouraged to book one of the individual units.
    • This home is equipped with 5 (five) external security cameras. The first is located on the front door of the building, actively monitoring the entrance and walkway. The second is located on the front right side of the building, actively monitoring the parking lot. The third is located on the back right side of building, actively monitoring the parking lot and office entrance. The fourth is located on the front left side of the building, actively monitoring the pull-through/office entrance. The fifth is located on the back left side of the building, actively monitoring the guest parking and walkway areas.

    Across the Ohio River from the urban center of Cincinnati, Historic Ludlow is within easy reach of some of the city’s most popular attractions including the Bengals Stadium, Riverfront Park, and Great American Ballpark. Beyond this area, there’s still so much more to explore. From Cincinnati’s street art revolution which has transformed neighborhoods with 180+ public murals, to its serious beer culture, trendy shopping and dining in revitalized historic neighborhoods like Over-the-Rhine, and authentic Art Deco architecture and design, this culturally diverse city is a can’t-miss destination.

    Back on the Kentucky side of the river, you’re in prime Bourbon Trail territory.
