The farm is a fully operational agricultural estate producing high-quality wine, oil, pasta, cured meats, honey, and legumes, and is home to native breed animals including the Cinta Senese pig, the Maremmana cow, Apennine sheep, the Amiatino donkey, and a variety of courtyard animals. Guests have access to a shared garden, a generous swimming pool, and complimentary Internet Wifi, making "Le Calle" a destination that seamlessly combines authentic rural living with a welcoming and comfortable stay. The swimming pool measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 120 to 170 cm and features salt water, with seasonal availability running from 1 May to 30 October. A shower and WC are conveniently located in the pool area. For additional relaxation, a hot tub is available for shared use. The outdoor recreational facilities include a volleyball area, a barbecue, and a children's playground, ensuring that guests of all ages are well catered for. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly by the owner and gardener, ensuring the highest standards throughout your stay. Walking paths begin just 20 metres from the house, inviting you to explore the surrounding countryside directly from the property.

Other Information

The owners of "Le Calle" organise visits around the farm aboard an entertaining "agribus," offering an engaging and educational experience for all guests. Once a week during the months of June through August, a dinner is offered featuring the excellent products of the farm, which are also available for purchase in the on-site shop. A reception is available within the residence, and a washing machine is provided for shared use among guests. Parking is available directly on the premises. A grocery store is located 1 km from the property, a supermarket is 10 km away, and a restaurant can be found 3 km from the farm. A riding stable is situated 10 km from the property. Please note that a car is recommended for getting around the area comfortably.

Unit Layout

"Bandiera" is a charming 3-room vacation rental apartment spanning 90 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 2nd floor of the building, and designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. The apartment is spread over 2 upper floors, each thoughtfully arranged to offer both functionality and a bright, tasteful atmosphere throughout.

On the 2nd upper floor, you will find a welcoming living room featuring 1 double sofabed, an open-hearth fireplace, and a television. From the living room, you have direct access to a balcony. Adjacent to the living area is a fully equipped open kitchen complete with a dining table, ideal for shared meals. This floor also includes a shower room fitted with a bidet and WC.

On the 3rd upper floor, the sleeping quarters are distributed across 2 bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with characterful sloping ceilings, furnished with 1 double sofabed and equipped with air conditioning. The second room features 2 beds and is also equipped with air conditioning. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves this floor. The apartment offers a total of 2 bathrooms across both levels. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, which may however not be exceeded.
