It is well connected to US Route 33, but far enough so you don't hear the sound of cars. Perfect getaway to disconnect and be in nature. ”

“This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent”

“We wanted scenic views, clean air, and a bit of isolation. Seldom Seen definitely delivered. We truly enjoyed every moment while at this lovely location. Definitely plan to return and highly recommend to those who need some serenity. It was perfect for us as a couples getaway, but has plenty of space for larger groups. ”

“A beautiful spot, the location was spectacular, other than the two mile trail getting to the house it didn’t help that it snowed the night before making it a little interesting getting down the mountain. The only thing I was a little bit sad with the American flag outside. It was very tattered. Being a veteran and a member of a VFW I dispose of it in a the proper way. We all enjoy our stay and it’s a beautiful place. ”

“Pretty cool house, unfortunately, when we arrived the bed was naked and some dirty bedsheets were by the washing machine In a pile. After reading the house rules, we figured out that the previous guests left their nasty bedsheets by the washing machine as they should, but the staff/ the owner never ran the load of laundry. We arrived at midnight and had to do the laundry to have clean bedsheets. We were exhausted after a long car drive ( 7hr) so that was annoying. The grill didn't work. The area...

“12 stars!!! (Inside joke with the host.) The place was clean and spacious and the host was great. I brought my son here for his 29th birthday to hike the rocks. The cottage provided everything we needed including a spectacular view of Seneca Rocks. Centrally located to many areas of interest. I’ll definitely be back. ”
