Just 60 miles north of Tampa. This place is perfect for that weekend getaway or family vacation. Situated downstream from the world famous Rainbow river, it’s just a short boat ride from our dock to the crystal clear cool spring water. (There is a boat there that is NOT included in rental) Our back yard has over 200 feet of river front and enough space to dock a few boats if you want to bring them. Don’t have a boat? Captain Bob at the Blue Gator, less than a mile away has pontoon and john boats for rent.
To the west down the Withlacoochee, you will see nature at its finest with otters playing, turtles basking and majestic cypress trees swaying in the wind. To the west still are miles and miles of Wetlands with a navigable channel through it all and with a vast array of wildlife, it is truly a beautiful site to see and it’s all directly accessible from our dock.
Inside our home there is a living room that is the showpiece of the whole property. At over 1000 square foot, there is enough space for all your guests without being on top of each other. Lots of comfortable seating, an oversized pool table, 60” flat screen tv, and 50 feet of river viewing area out glass sliders.We have added a game room in garage with a arcade game with multiple choices, foosball table, and electronic dart board
We have a fully equipped brand new ,very large kitchen with Convection oven, range, dishwasher, fridge, breakfast bar, and formal dining table and chairs. Kitchen is also stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, silver ware, serving dishes, small appliances, mixer, blender, toaster, coffee maker,keurig, air fryer and more at your disposal. Also a fully functioning laundry room with extra large capacity washer and dryer.
Sleeping accommodations are;
Bedroom 1-king size bed (There is also a portable crib in the closet as well as an air mattress if needed.)
Bedroom 2- king size bed
Bedroom 3- 2 queen beds


In the living room there is a large leather sectional, 2 sleeper chairs that convert to twin beds. and 2 more leather couches with electric recliners.
2 bathrooms; one with stand up shower and the other with a bathtub /shower.
Outside we have the enclosed swimming pool for our guests to cool off and relax in facing the river.
We do have outside security cameras that are in place for when home is empty or any emergency arises.
There is also plenty of parking for about 4-6 vehicles on our 2/3 acre property.
This location is down a dead end road and is very private. Most of the water pictures were taken right off the dock and the others were take just a short boat trip away. Book now to enjoy this gem.
