Excellent host that responded to all inquires. Great location as there are may local (within 20 miles) activities. Fenced in back yard was great for our two dogs. Nice use of carport in back yard as a seating area for shade and cover from rain. We golfed, kayaked, boated and went to beach while here. Nice spot.

Such a nice home we stayed at for 5-weeks. Beds very comfortable, kitchen much bigger than mine at home, which is favorable. Shower off the master bedroom was large and walk-in. Big fenced in yard, our dog loved that. Quiet neighborhood never disturbed by the home behind us. No-homes next to us, plenty of places to walk the dog along the streets. Home was supplied with everything we needed! Very fine and relaxing! Nearby Crystal River offered many activities, an airboat tour was so much fun seeing porpoise right around our boat. Saw manatee and Monkey Island!! Attended several photo group meetings at Arts Center in Hernando, able to schedule private photo sessions with a great photographer for 10 a session!! Imagine that, and you didn't need to be a member to sign up for them. Walked the Withlacoochee Trail, would have biked, but after a surgery I didn't feel comfortable yet to ride. Great restaurants nearby, our favorite was Seafood Sellers and Cafe in Crystal River, where you could purchase fresh seafood and have a delicious meal! Shops allowed us to purchase a great work of art and get glow-in-the-dark t-shirts for our grandsons. Our hosts are great people, responding immediately when we asked to change the pre-programmed temperature in the house. Also the hosts graciously helped me find a specialist to help with my illness. Already booked for next year. Just loved that area of Florida and this Verbo rental!!!!!

The house was very clean, updated appliances, nice mattresses. It is situated on a side street with occasional cars going by. It was quiet by bedtime. Good water pressure and hot water. There is a Keurig coffee maker and pods. It would have been nice to have regular sugar packs instead of Sweet and Low. I loved the assortment of mugs and nice pots and pans. The location was 20-30 minutes from scenic areas like Rainbow Springs and Crystal River. Dunnellon is to the North and has some unique shops and antique stores. The only negative I have is that I do not like to sleep on microfiber sheets. Host was responsive when we requested her to adjust the thermostat.

Excellent location to stay for a Citrus Springs/Manatee trip. The residence was beyond expectations which made you feel as though you were staying in a "home" rather than a rental. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any requests. Don't think anyone could expect anything more from a rental or the host.

The house was perfect for our needs. I loved the fenced in yard so my dogs could run around. The home was clean. It had everything we needed. We will stay there again. The host was easy to deal with and answered all our questions immediately. We had a great time.

Did not personally interact with b. Had to message her in order to get heat turned on as she controls it remotely. Found that a bit odd. That said, she did respond promptly. The space definitely needs more dishes, plates, cups and bowls. Some wine glasses would also be a nice touch.Outlets a sparse so a couple of charging stations would be really nice.Foul odor coming from dishwasher when we opened it to load it. Odor continued while machine was running.Property was clean.

We had a great stay at this peaceful and comfortable home! The neighborhood is quiet and safe; perfect for relaxing. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s also conveniently located near local shops and nature spots. Host is prompt and takes good care of property and home. Well maintained and clean. Has all the necessities of home. Furnished very well. There was only one problem that are family disliked was the thermostate for the A/C. Right off i want to say the host is very responsive to text/email. The screen for the thermostat is locked and only controlled by host. Understandable to those quest that are not consciences of the electric bill. Im just saying it would be nice to control the comforts of home while staying within the comforts of home. All in all i would recommend. Thank you for your hospitality.
