“素晴らしい滞在でした。MRTのアソーク駅、スクンビット駅から徒歩5分以内と交通の便が良く、ターミナル２１も徒歩でスカイウォーク（屋根付きで雨に濡れない）でアクセスでき、とても便利。フロントでの英語での対応も、とても丁寧かつ親切で良かった。チェックアウト後、スーツケースをあずかってもらえたのもとても助かった。 ミニキッチンや、電子レンジ、湯沸かし器、大きな冷蔵庫、冷凍庫もあり、洗濯機もついており、とても便利で快適だった。 清掃料を現地で支払うシステムであり、明記されているので、ホテルで請求されたときに戸惑わないように。クレジットカードでの支払いが可能。”

“The description and photos on Expedia did not match. I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed. I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager said the Expedia description and photos are incorrect and that I should contact Expedia and my credit...
