Misha welcomed us and was extremely helpful, we had free tea, we were picked up and dropped off at the station, we loved her! And she spoke very good English! The courtyards and rooms look like the must have been hundreds of years ago. Rooms are very clean and discreetly fitted with modern amenities; no plastic decorations! Staff speak passable to good English.”
