“Very quick check-in . All staff: doormen, porters, room service crew , restaurant and front desk staff, are nice and awesome, they do great job making customer feel happy and comfortable in the hotel. Room was very clean , love the non-carpeted floor. Sunday lunch buffet , though not much main dishes to choose from, tastes really good. Love the location, so close to malls, big grocery stores and small convenience stores. They have shuttles to those malls , I have not been able to use them...

“WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again.”

“We stayed for one night. 2 adukts and two teens. Room offered said suitabke for 4 (2 sofa bed). But there was o ly one and no extra pillow nor sheets not anythinf for the only sofa. Results: i slept over the floor with some parts of the sofa. Room it self it is ok but only for three adults. And please, only 3 pax max.”
