“We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. ”

“環境清幽，乾淨舒適，由於地處偏遠，供電不穩，電熱水壺需與其他住客共用稍嫌不便，另外，附近無超市或商店，建議先於抵達前先買好食物飲品再前往。沒有咖啡機可供住客自行沖泡，對有喝咖啡習慣的人不方便，尤其附近無商店。該民宿在附近來說屬稍高價位，但早餐稍嫌簡單份量少，男性住客吃不飽。”

“温泉が素晴らしかったです。部屋の中にも温泉が引かれ、お湯を張れたのは良かったです。ただ、露天風呂に入るのに入場券を渡されて、それを持っていくのは面倒でした。二泊したのにいただいた入場券は１枚。これを交渉せずとも何回も入れるようにしてほしいです。”

“The staff were attentive and could communicate well in English. They showed us the room and provided clear explanations. I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort. The room itself was spacious, though the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear neighbours walking and chatting along the hallway.”

“房間整潔很棒！贈送的茶點水果很好吃，專屬浴池可以安心泡湯放鬆！員工也很親切，不過廁所管道隔音稍差，加壓沖水聲蠻明顯的，對聲音敏感的人要注意！”
