“Allen met our family of 12 and welcomed us. From the initial entrance to our departure the Villa was perfect. Beautiful space wonderful furnishings and interesting art work. Great location and we would definitely recommend Villa Balboa to any larger group of 12-14. ”

“The rustic antique baroque style apartment brought about a connection to history. We enjoyed the view from the balcony, the air conditioning provided respite from the hot summer days. The location is conveniently located near public transit, shops and restaurants. The host is responsive, attentive and flexible. I would recommend to anybody that would want a little extra added to their Italian experience.”

“Convenient apartment, nice neighborhood! Three of us enjoyed a week in Rome here before a cruise. This was a great place to stay to get a feel for what it is like to live in Rome in a safe, walkable area. Monica was able to arrange airport pickup for us and met us at the apartment to show us how everything worked. She has great pride in ownership and inspired us to care for her place. For a family or group of friends looking for an alternative to hotels, this was a good choice!”
