“Pets are allowed for guests who book The Level Room or a higher room category. However, dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool exclusively for The Level guests, nor are they permitted in The Level Lounge.
I even asked if I could walk through the indoor lounge and sit outside, but this was not allowed either. Dogs are not permitted to enter the lounge at all, so I was told that I had to sit at a table in the hotel lobby and have my food brought to me there.

“The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted.
