It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard”

La posizione è pazzesca in cima alla valle dei calanchi con Civita di Bagnoregio proprio difronte. La strada per arrivare è un po’ scomoda ma vale la pena per la tranquillità che ti assicura, lontano da strade, case o negozi. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari in estate per provare la splendida piscina ”

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“Great accommodation. Pool was a real hit especially given the very hot weather we have seen during our stay. Susannah was very helpful and made some good recommendations of places to eat. A car is a must but lots of great restaurants and places to visit nearby. ”

“We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in the incredible Yellow House. The quiet location surrounded by nature and the large, very clean pool contributed greatly to our relaxation.
