Stayed here this past summer with my spouse and small child. After travelling across the country and staying in many different hotels along the way, we were relieved when we reached the Redwood. Room was spotless, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the king sized beds. My daughter absolutely loved the water slide and pool area. Breakfast had plenty of choices, was hot and delicious. Staff was second to none. Very friendly and efficient! Pride of ownership definitely shows in this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone travelling through the area.

I had a great experience , I was greeted with a smile and happy front desk agent and check in was seamless. Bed and room was clean and very comfortable! I really liked the tv is smart you can access Netflix and YouTube. The only disappointing part was I told on my way down to the pool that it was closed due to needing a drain and clean which was unfortunate as I booked it for the nice pool they have and we couldn’t use it. It was an unplanned incident as they take sanitary clean pool very seriously there and it was out of the hotels control overall I was pleased and I would Return again in the future !

Beds are really comfortable. Only bad thing was the bathtub drain plug leaked while I was in the bath.

Threatened to tow my vehicle when I was checking out in 2 hours - The worst attitude EVER - Plus a cellular tower is being built within 100' of the hotel... I have stayed faithfully at this hotel for years and was about to stay for a week mid December - after the threats from the front desk - I will NEVER EVER stay at this hotel again

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. As your vehicle did not display an accessibility sign we asked for the vehicle to be moved from a clearly marked accessibility parking stall. Yes there is a communication tower being built on an adjacent property to ours but it is about 4 times the distance you refer to. We are sorry to see a long term customer choose not to stay with us but we do support your decision. Thank you for the years of loyalty.

Comfortable bed, clean room, coffee and tea in room also in lobby. Free muffins in lobby. Full hot breakfast 6-10 am. Did not have time to use pool or gym. Will stay again.

Access is not particularly handy to go to Grande Prairie through traffic light. The room was Waaay over priced compared to other venues in other cities. We noticed families with 4 and 5 children who were "loading up" at the free breakfast and wondered if room rates were high because of free breakfast costs. As two travelling adults on pension, that would concern me.
