“Was not ready for check in. The cleaning lady did an excellent job under pressure. When we unfolded sofa bed the pad was stained and dirty. But otherwise a nice location.”

“This was perfect for my daughter and I. The house was very clean, the beds and bedding are so comfortable. The location was perfect and the area was quiet even tho there was a horse show going on at Bruce’s Field. We will definitely stay again.”

“Phil, the host, thought of everything! The check in process was seamless, the house was immaculate and looked exactly like the pictures. My family and I had a great time playing in the pool-the kids didn’t want to go to sleep! The only thing I would recommend is a 3pm check in instead of 4 and an 11:00 check out instead of 10. The extra hour on each would be very helpful!”

“The cottage was a perfect getaway for two adults and a rambunctious springer spaniel! The large yard was an excellent long line area (the property is not fully fenced so be prepared for that). We even had deer visit at dusk and dawn. The cottage had everything you may need and everything your probably forgot to pack!”

Only issues we encountered were another tenant parking in what should have been our space occasionally and the temperature was quite warm when we arrived and took several hours to get down to comfortable but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“The place was great. The little amenities were a life saver. Well stocked. Had several spices & things in pantry that would be great if you plan on cooking. Super close to the hospital where my MIL was having surgery which was the reason for our stay. The only downside would be the area, but honestly everything around there seemed to be a little sketch so no fault of the owners. We never had any trouble, but there was an incident that happened close by on our way back from hospital. Nobody ever...
