The grounds were saturated and it was raining during our stay so it was difficult to park into the gravel and walk across that grass over to the suite with our luggage and checking in and taking her things of all them stairs. “This house was absolutely perfect! Secluded in a peaceful country setting but close enough to necessities. Located on a working deer farm, the owners were happy to let my family get up close to their deer, even allowing my 11 year old niece to hold a tiny baby! I recommend this location, 11/10!”

“Amazing host and extremely well stocked - kitchen had every appliance imaginable, and so many thoughtful touches throughout. Loved the binder full of local tourism knowledge and instruction manuals. Whoever cleans the house did a great job. However, the house was in pretty bad shape, literally. Not disrepair, but because it’s so old, everything is a bit jenky. “We loved this historic property filled with antiques & charm. Dale was most accommodating & quick to fix a minor problem with a leaky sink. There was plenty of room for us all & lots of nice touches. From the well appointed kitchen to the thirsty towels to the comfortable mattresses, we felt well cared for the entire time.
