Overall the home was lovely:Except, the code for the property was NOT sent to me at 3/4 pm as stated. When we arrived after having Thanksgiving dinner at my nephew's house, it was after 8:30 pm, still no code. I had to call the host, which I should not have had to do. The host said VRBO should have sent it, well VRBO didn't. I checked all email communication while sitting in the vehicle, the host unlocked the door from her location. The host sent the code, but not clear instructions. The toilet in the hallway did not flush, I let the host know immediately, which she should have known because according to her, the property was not available on Wednesday, we got there Thursday, so she knew. She said she would send someone out, I asked her to wait until Friday and that it would be okay while we were out. The host sent a "plumber" to the home at 10 pm (a stranger ) to me. My sister and I heard someone knocking at the door at 1000 pm, I asked who is? It was the plumber coming to repair the toilet. I wasn't going to let him in, he said the host sent you an email ( I was in the shower when she sent it), I didn't let him in until I verified that she actually sent him. The post reads no pets allowed, it is the reason I chose her property, but pet hair was along the baseboards in the hallway. We literally only slept/showered there, my niece used the cream in the drawer, the shelf life of the cream is expired.

Great Stay & Great Host

Elle saved our bacon when our previously rented VRBO cancelled our stay as we were trying to check in! It was Easter weekend and we were suddenly stranded with nowhere to stay. Thankfully this home was available. It was conveniently located, as my son and his family live right around the corner. Elle was very attentive and responsive during our stay. We had a fun time with the selfie station (which was one of the first things we looked for!). My granddaughter constantly wanted to get her picture taken there. I typically don't sleep well in foreign places, but I slept very well here! The beds were comfy and the location is very quiet. The neighbors are very nice as well. I enjoyed all the coffee and coffee making options. Only suggestion I'd make is to have some non-skinny syrup varieties, but not a deal breaker for me. Next time we travel to Clarksville, we'll definitely look to see if the coffee house is available. Thanks, Elle!!

This was an adorable home and the host was very pleasant to work with. The assortment of coffee, tea and syrups were beyond amazing for coffee lovers like ourselves. We would stay in this home again!

Ft Campbell Trip

I felt like we were right in the middle of everything between Ft Campbell and Clarksville…. Super cute and comfy house with absolutely everything you could ever need in it without even realizing you would need it! Owner/property manager very attentive and available if needed.

The coffee house was just as described in the app, enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the variety of coffee to drink. The beds were nice and comfy also and definitely took advantage of the photo op in the garage with tge beautiful backdrop for a unique photo, definitely will be staying here again.

Beautiful Home

This rental was truly a home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the home was cozy. My family and I were supposed to only stay for one night for an event in Clarksville and stay in Nashville the next night. After viewing the home, we decided to cancel our hotel and just drive back and forth the rest of the time. The owner was very accommodating in updating our reservations. I have this home save as my favorite place to stay in Clarksville.

Adorable house

Perfect house for our stop on our way home from Destin, but it would also be great for more nights. Quick access from the highway with plenty of places to eat and shop. Cozy little neighborhood. The walking trail and park were the perfect spot for us to unwind after our drive. The furniture and decor were top-notch along with the way the kitchen was stocked. So many thoughtful touches throughout!

It is nice and cozy

This was an exceptional property for what we needed. The "coffee" theme was very unique. If another opportunity presents itself were we are visiting family in the area, we would rent this property again. The only problem we experienced was initially getting into the property (that's why not all 5 stars). Lateshia was also exceptional in resolving the problem within 5 minutes.
