“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Could use some hooks and/or towel racks other than the one over the toilet. The sink was in a different room with no where to hang your towel. ?? Heater made the room so dry. Did not sleep for the noise from the heater turning on and off (loud!). Staff was courteous. ”

“The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. We just had an issue with being able to access the property at check in. We were given the wrong code in the email provided by Vrbo, and we had to contact the main Vrbo number which was time consuming - but the Vrbo team were able to get us in and the property owners called as well. “We communicated specifics with the owner, so won't go into full details. The location is great, but that doesn't overcome that it was uncomfortably dirty in many ways. AC went out, so with temps in the 90s the inside was a balmy 82...all night and no way to open the windows. The bottom line is, with this booking there was a higher than normal cleaning fee. When we arrived we expected the place to be spotless. It was the opposite.This is also a duplex. That was not clear to us when we booked....
