Charming villa in Claviers with private pool and astonishing view

This is a villa where everything around you constantly reminds you that you are in the heart of Provence. The view, the smell, the sense..

Villa Vue is an original provincial villa with charm, character, beautiful views and a private pool just 40 min from the famous sandy beaches of the Cote D'Azur. It is totally private and secluded - no other property overlooks the Provence villa, the terrace or the pool. The villa has several lovely sunny and shadow filled terraces and are placed in a large olive grove in several levels. The villa is placed in walking distance from the village - the bakery takes 10 min to reach. The villa has a big living room with couches and dining space and an open kitchen. Everything is traditional provencial style, furniture and kitchenware is excellent quality and good taste.

There is a large airconditioned masterbedroom on the first floor and an open staircase leading up to this bedrrom. Downstairs there are one airconditioned bedroom - with a queen size bed and an extra sofa/bed. There is one large bathroom connected to the masterbedroom and an outdoor bathroom downstairs. When showering you have the whole view of the mountains and the pittoreske village. The villa is non smoking.

The area: The area is popular for rambling with many paths through pine forests and olive groves. Biking is also a big hit - on mountainbike or on racer. France's Grand Canyon, the Gorges de Verdon is 1 h drive. It's nearly half a mile deep and plenty of view points make for a fabulous afternoon out. Lac St Cassien for all watersports is only 25 min drive away. The larger Lac St Croix (also good for watersports) is 45 min away at the mouth of the Gorges de Verdon.

Sandy beaches at Frejus and St Maxime 40 min drive. You can discover and enjoy many pretty medieval perched villages such as Tour Tour and Chateaudouble in the hills nearby.

The idea: We want you to have a wonderful holiday. We provide cotton linen for the beds, cotton towels for all the guests, all necessary kitchen utilities - the basics at least, soap for you and the dishwasher, and the pool is taken care of by our French caretaker - just to mention a few things. We have a wonderful and very helpful french caretaker couple, who meets you when you arrive and hands over the keys etc.

And a quick note; Sorry - but we do not do bargain or negotiate rates; the price is perfect for 2 adults looking for a whole and secluded house but a bit higher for families of 4 or 5. The pool is not large; 3x5 meters - but clear and blue! And the view is stunning!
