“Room had not been swept. We had to call to get toilet paper and a working hair dryer. Disappointed about the condition of the room. Property could be really nice but definitely needs some attention and maintenance. Needs to be painted, freshened up and updated. ”

“This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was very dated and dusty, especially the curtains, and the sheets had stains. There was no hand soap, only a facial bar, and when the AC came on it left a terrible smell in the room. The check-in experience was also uncomfortable, with the staff member making strange small talk with my wife.
