We loved sitting on the wrap around porch to have our drinks. The last night there we had a black bear visit in the side yard. He didn't bother us and left after a few minutes. So cool to see. “Would definitely stay here again. A beautiful cabin and a great location to everything. Only downside was the decently sized steep hill, but we knew about it before going. “The pond behind the cabin is shared with everyone in the neighborhood. It's accessed by general trails that run behind the cabins -- and which are also great for running! When we were there, it was jam-packed with singing frogs, plus a few bass and super-healthy sunfish which we then caught. We never saw another soul on those trails or at the the pond, though we were there in the May shoulder season.”
