“I took my family there with my elderly mother for a Mothers Day trip. It was a nice little cottage at an ocean waterfront with easy access to the beach, parking close by, fits 4-6 people easy, we didn’t bring a pet but they are allowed. Despite allowing pets, it was a really clean cabin with comfortable and clean bedding. It has two bathrooms which is ideal when you have 4-6 people there and someone is showering. Downtown is a 5 min drive for a quick coffee or grocery run. I would go again.”

“Mom, dad and 2 adult daughters - cottage had everything we needed for our stay!! Many meals made in the kitchen and bbq. Lots of thought went into setting up this cottage - great bedding, blankets on the couches, every kitchen appliance we needed was available, games/puzzles…even nice toiletries! Perfect location to North Chesterman beach. Exceeded our expectations!!!”

“Place came exact as advertised. Had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay and visit all the area has to offer. We had a 2 year old and it was a nice and quiet area for mid day naps. The views from the balcony are beautiful and steps from little beach. Ucluelet is also nice and quiet and away from the bustle of Tofino which is only a short drive away. We will definitely come again and also stay with the host at this location”

“My three (young adult) kids and I stayed in the Yellow Cabin on Strawberry Island for a few days at the end of August 2023. We really enjoyed ourselves. As a houseboat, it was a delightfully unusual place to stay, and the sights and sounds in the harbour were fascinating and constantly changing. “The location is great! Great for 3 people but might be too small for more than 3 even tho there's 3 beds. The cabin is clean and modern. There's is gravel ramp to get to the front of the cabin which I didnt think was very safe for driving. Other than that I enjoyed my stay here :)”

“Quiet location, the view was interesting and ever changing with tide, clouds, boats and birds. When not walking, biking, shopping we played board games and watched a movie supplied by host. Laundry machines where a blessing. I appreciated the few kitchen supplies that where there(cooking oil, spice). Shampoo, body wash would have been nice to have on hand.”

“Another amazing stay at the Dunes cabin. All the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Comfortable beds, large kitchen and open living room with cozy fireplace. We loved the deck and hot tub especially on rainy days. Easy walking distance to Chesterman Beach , beaches groceries, and an awesome bike and walking trail that stretches for miles . We loved our stay here!”
