“Estoy aquí en este momento, les estoy pidiendo una cama extra inflable y dicen q no tienen ni una , donde Expedia dice q incluye eso , yo traje un colchón, pero por unas rejillas de el cuarto del hotel q sale la calefacción se me quemó el colchón inflable, por eso estoy pidiendo y bien grosero me dice q no hay ”

“We booked our stay on June 20th, 2018 for our stay in August. When we arrived, with our confirmation number from Hotels.com, WYA Point had no record of our reservation. After searching, the receptionist found our reservation, now through Expedia, but they were full. The receptionist sent a message to Jonathon to rectify the situation. We waited for 2 hours for a resolution before we realized WYA Point was not helping. We were given the option to set up our tent in their dog park... Staying in...

“Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer im Hauptgebäude. Negativ: Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Kaum Platz, um die Koffer zu öffnen. Der Boden im Bad war dreckig und wurde trotz Beanstandung nicht geputzt. Positiv: der Balkon mit Blick auf die Küste und Middle Beach. Im Gemeinschaftsraum wurde ein kleines Frühstück angeboten. Dort gab es den ganzen Tag über Kaffee und Wasser.”

“Lovely staff, great room, pet friendly. Very accessible to town. Less than 5 min walk to Co Op supermarket, shops and restaurants. But still very quiet. Check in was very efficient and friendly. Would stay here again. ”

“Although this is listed (and was expected) to be a bed & breakfast, breakfast was not provided in this particular room as it included a kitchen and was noted (which we did not pick up on) as a self catered kitchen on your documents. The rooms, which were semi-basement, were quite cold but heaters warmed them up in a few hours.”
