While we always appreciate guest feedback, it does have more impact coming from a person who has actually stayed at the hotel. You are upset because you didn't show up for your reservation and you were charged as a no-show. Unfortunately, if you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up at the property you are charged for the room that was held for you.

The room was nice. Freshly painted. Good place to rest and sleep when exploring the North Georgia mountains. Friendly and accommodating staff. The exterior looked a little worn and the hall carped seamed to confirm that but the room was nice. Biggest complaint is that the in room coffee maker was unable to make anything but weak coffee.

The manager was very helpful when we were short of towels upon arrival and brought them up to us since it was late at night. When I told him the problems and showed him pictures, he took notes and appeared to care. The wonderful reviews online did not prepare me for the reality of this property. Even though the rooms are all non-smoking, room 201 clearly had the lingering smell of tobacco smoke. There was something clear and sticky on the floor of the bathroom (a spill? hairspray? worse?) that I had to scrub to get clean. There was long black hairs in the tub/shower (not this ladies or my husband's). The shower curtain had dark spots at the bottom where it tucked inside the tub. There was a stinkbug on the shower curtain. There was a sound of crickets from some vague location (not in the room). The end table had these curious round spots on it (cigarette burns? drill practice?). The price was low and I should have known better, but the glowing reviews tricked me. They must have paid someone to add them and bump their rating up! It was warm, safe, and we slept well and had good internet and television. It was worn and a little dirty. A good place for your construction crew to stay or a last option choice, but this would not have been my first choice.

This hotel is not worth $20 , rooms are not clean , bathrooms were full of hair and they have mold on the walls. I will not recommend this property , is better if you sleep in your car. This has been the worst hotel i have ever stay.

I made a line through the dust on the coffee pot. I found a pubic hair on the sink. The back of the toilet floor area looked to have urine around it. There was food in the refrigerator. The bedding appeared to be very clean and taken care of.

Hotel was nice but very noisy at night. Dogs were barking * kifs runnng up and down hallways. It was a holiday weekend and the hotel was full. Otherwise, it might not have been so noisy.

The place is in a good location that’s about the only thing that is good about this place. The room was disgusting I have never stayed in a place that the entire room was not clean. The only thing that look clean was the sheets and even the under sheets were dirty. Probably the worse was the bathroom it smell like urine and had urine dried on the back of the toilet the floor was sticky spider webs even in the room curtains dust that had not been clean in a long time. The towels smell.

Please don't stay here. Unless you're used to cockroaches. Saw 1 to 2 every day. Especially in the bathroom, crawling on our toothbrush and other things. Just gross. This Place is where all the construction guys stay. Lowest price is because of the lowest conditions. Hotels.com should be ashamed of having places like this on their site. We left early and ate the $$$ We just had to get out.

Hotel needs some tender loving care
Although the hotel is convenient to many things, the hotel does need to improve a few things. Many of the outlets were loose, both in the wall and in the desk lamp. The lamp and bathroom fixtures show signs of rust and decolorizations. The toilet paper holder was loose. Fixing the little things would help improve my opinion.

The level of uncleanliness of the room was astounding. I know this isn’t a 5-star hotel but basic cleanliness is a non-negotiable. The bathroom had cleanable (I cleaned myself with a disinfectant wipe) spots/drips on the wall next to the toilet, the back of the seat cover had months worth of grime, the sink faucet looked like it had toothpaste spit all over it and layers of dust and grime. I mean, do they not give the sink a GOOD wipe down? Too much hair from previous guests was all around the bathroom. The front of microwave was nasty. A basic wipe down just once a week would render it clean at an acceptable level. There was obvious brown hook on the light cover in the room that was impossible to miss!! Why hasn’t it been cleaned off?!?!? While I enjoyed the cute town, the disgusting room just made me want to get out quickly.
