What a beautiful home! Hosts were quite communicative and accommodating. The king suite was perfect for us, and the other beds looked comfortable as well. We stayed in March which gets a bit chilly at night, but the combination of the thick comforter made it a pleasant stay. There is no sidewalk and the yard is not fenced, but our dog goes nowhere without his leash anyway and the grass was lush. Will definitely stay again!

Host was very helpful and we had everything we needed..It was a nice quiet peaceful stay just off of main Street where everything is just literally right there..If you like historic parts of towns this site right in the middle of everything.. Everything was clean well kept and cozy I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or family for a nice little getaway if you are looking for a place to stay..

What a charming VrBo house this is! Every inch of the interior has been updated and every detail has been taken care of! We had nice linens and towels, wonderful coffee, even a Christmas tree in the den which was a nice touch. The entire house was spotless. House is close to plenty of restaurants and retail, including charming downtown Clayton. Would definitely recommend! Jamie is a great host!

What an great house! We stayed for one night during a road trip and we had everything we needed here. The house was so clean, comfortable, and was decorated so beautifully. The king bed was very comfortable and had such nice/clean bedding. We arrived late at night and had a carport to pull into with lighting and easy access to the house through a key pad with a code. We couldn’t recommend this property enough and we will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

If we could give this rental and host more stars, we would! The host Jamie, was so sweet. She was very understanding and compassionate with all our flight changes, and answer all my questions promptly. But the house…This historic house was sooo beautiful, my family and I loved it! The pictures listed on the site don’t do it enough justice. The house has a rustic modern feel to it with the appliances and furnishings, but you still see and feel the history of the home! My family can’t wait to rent this home again! 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend again! -Tiara

Great Location

I was very impressed with the quality of the home and attention to details. The kitchen was stocked with everything I might need. The host provided a crib for my youngest which was very appreciated. Perfect spot to watch the fireworks on the 4th.
