Josh was a very responsive, kind host. However, we would not stay here again due to the following. We stayed with 3 children and thought we were getting a 3 bedroom- this house is a 2 bedroom plus a loft. The loft is connected to the entire living room & kitchen. With concrete floors throughout with minimal rugs, it’s basically like staying in one big room with no sound barrier…even the tv remotes from upstairs and downstairs interfere with one another. There are windows throughout the main living areas and kitchen with zero window coverings…and this home is not secluded, with plenty of traffic up and down the dirt road and neighbors/trailers around. The laundry room is located in a different building on the property, although it is not a far walk. The beds were the hardest we’ve ever slept on in our lives. The living room only accommodates 4 people at most to sit. We did enjoy the fire pit on the screened patio. The home was very crisp and clean. This home may be perfect for someone, but it just wasn’t our cup of tea. And to reiterate, Josh was highly responsive and very kind & we are grateful for his efforts!
