Amazing property

We had such a great time staying in this house! Lots of space for a family of 4 and 2 dogs. It was clean and welcoming, and the location allowed for easy hiking, biking, and walks to the Lodge for sunset cocktails.

4th of July Getaway

We loved the location of this property and how well maintenance it was. Also, the welcome basket was a nice surprise. The only suggestions I have are make sure patio is clean because there was animal secretions of some kind. Also, the primary bathroom sink drain on the left side was clogged. We would definitely come back again.

Great Place!

Stayed here for a a couple nights recently for a quick fun trip for my 8 year old daughters birthday. Perfect place for our family of 4. Good location. Hot tub was interesting having it sort of indoors slightly. Kids loved it though and was nice to have the window that opened into the living room. Would be pretty awesome in the winter months. Very clean and tidy. Welcome snacks and wine bottle was a nice touch. We had not shared that our kids were celiac but they still provided gluten free snack options as the welcome gift. This is thoughtful and just good planning for any type of family. Good utensils, cookware, and overall items for the kitchen that made cooking easy. Nice touches in the bathroom with extra TP and menstrual care products. Overall a good stay and somewhere I would return.

Beautiful Home in Peaceful Location

We had such a great time here! It was peaceful and relaxing. We loved the hot tub on the enclosed porch! It's very quiet and relaxing which was exactly what we needed. Will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect for Our Family

We were looking for a quick get-away in the snow for our three granddaughters. This spot was perfect. The girls loved the upstairs loft with the bean bags and they adored the little "hideaway" spot off of the stairway. The hot tub was a hit, especially after playing in the snow and sledding all day (all of which are close to the house). The kitchen had everything you would need and even then some. We will be back!

Cozy Little Suncadia Getaway

We stayed here for a girl's weekend (moms and daughters) and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is perfect and within walking distance of the main lodge. The home itself is very much what you'd expect for a tasteful mountain getaway. The hot tub is an added bonus that we enjoyed every day. I would definitely stay here again!

Fun Stay in Fun Area

This area is perfect for those that want to hit the trail, whether bike or walk. So many fun things to do with the kids. This home was perfect for our family and was super comfortable. In reality it was almost too nice for us :) Great stay will be back.

The house was great. We weren't there long enough to really cook, but the kitchen looked to be very well stocked. They even had k-cups and little creamers. Everything was very clean and beautiful. This place is definitely saved as a favorite.

Great house, better host

Perfect weekend getaway spot with easy access to all the amenities of Suncadia. The hosts thought of all the little things that make a stay more comfortable and the whole process was incredibly simple. No chores to do on exit, just lock up and leave, the take care of the rest.

Suncadia Honeymoon

The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked! We had a fun stay and our dog enjoyed the dog treats!! Do be careful if you have any mobility problems, the hot tub was very hard to get into. But the host was very accommodating and supplied a step stool. Overall we had a wonderful experience!
