I would never rent this place again. The ping pong table is broken. The couch is ripped and torn on top of the cushion. All three propane tanks empty. The place wasn’t cleaned. Found dirty socks in the bunk bed. Toys for kids are broken. The fire stick didn’t work. Only two tvs in the Master and living room. Handrail pulling from wall. They promised to refund a portion of my rental and getting the run around. Still nothing. Stay away it was the worst experience I’ve had at suncadia and I stay here often

We were extremely disappointed with this stay. Multiple guests in our group experienced bedbug bites!! According to Washington State law bed bugs constitute a habitability concern. One of the guests had 102 bites, the other had 47. Which is completely unacceptable!!In addition, several advertised amenities were either broken, misleading, or unusable. The hot tub was not clean, game tables did not function as advertised and why we booked having teens. No propane. All games were disorganized and thrown in cupboards. Several fixtures (shower rod & towel racks) were also unstable and repeatedly fell during our stay.We reported these issues promptly to property management. Unfortunately, the response minimized the seriousness of the situation and resulted in only a very small partial refund that did not reflect the health risk, loss of use, or out-of-pocket costs we incurred.Based on our experience, this property did not meet the standard represented in the listing. We would not recommend this rental and encourage future guests to proceed with caution!!

We had so much fun celebrating my dads 70th with our family at this house. It had everything we needed and we loved playing monkey ball toss, using the fire pit, and the hottub. Dogs had plenty of room to run around and we backed up to a trail that was perfect. There was even a high chair for my one year old niece! 10/10 would recommend.

We just spent the weekend at this lodge & while the location/scenery were absolutely beautiful, the cleanliness of the property was not. Unfortunately, we ran into multiple issues that made our experience question the amount of money we spent to stay here.A few toilets weren’t cleaned properly, the freezer had leftover debris, several pots, pans & utensils were greasy/old food stuck to them, the coffee pot had old coffee grounds left in it, etc just to name a few things we documented. These are basic things that should be taken care of between guests, & it gave the impression that the space wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival like it was promised & stated on the paper that was on the counter.With better attention to detail & more care in the cleaning process, this place could be worth the money. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously, because this beautiful property deserves better upkeep.

Perfect home in beautiful location

Absolutely stunning home with a lot of room. We really enjoyed our stay here. We visited Leavenworth just an hour away. I would definitely stay here again

Nice Property

Plenty of space for our party of 11. Several enjoyed the hot tub. Good location. Don't skimp on the small stuff: Only 1.25 rolls of paper towels, no facial tissue, no hand soap at kitchen sink and barely any in powder room, no cleaning brush for grill, ran out of dishwasher detergent, need more bath towels. Potential to make it a great property is there.

Private, functional and family friendly

We had a family gathering for a 70th birthday. The location of the home and layout of the bedrooms served us well. Loved the open spaces inside and out. The hot tub and fire pit were nice amenities.
