The house was beautiful and festive for Christmas which made our stay that much better. The goodies they left for us on the counter was such a nice touch as well. We loved the location and amenities with the game room and hot tub! Our stay was the perfect kick of to the holiday season!

Great house well stocked

We had a great stay here. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen items you need and the owners were very responsive to any and all questions or needs. Going to the community pool was also very easy and accessible. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra sleeping pads in case you need them. The only thing I would say is it is advertised as a four bedroom but it’s only three bedrooms. There is a loft with a couch that you can sleep on but it is open to everything so no privacy if you sleep there.

Everything was wonderful for both adults and children. We spent a lot of time in the game room. The rooms in the house were spacious and open, and the kitchen had everything you could imagine, making mealtime easier. We are already planning our next stay during the winter.

Amazing Lux Stay

Great location, perfect for 2 families with kids. Beautifully decorated house with modern amenities and lot of attention to detail. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything you can think of. Can't say enough about how cozy the beds were! The Game Room is newly done and kids and adults totally enjoyed hanging out there. The host was super responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would stay here again.

Family Christmas 2023

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The pictures used to advertise are definitely a “what you see is what you get” situation! The place was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed and more was included in our stay. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were sufficiently stalked. The game room was put to good use as well as the hot tub. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Thank you so much for sharing this little treasure with us🎄

Fun Family Getaway

We visited Monica’s place with another family, so had a total of 8 folks (4 adults, 4 kids). This is a beautiful home that is super close to everything we wanted to do: hiking, wine tasting and visiting the beach. The home itself is beautiful and looked like it was brand new and the location was great to walk around and climb little mountains. We had one, minor question for Monica and she was extremely responsive. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful!

Beautiful and spacious home that fit our two families perfectly! The large kitchen is very well stocked with every gadget and appliance you can possibly need during your stay. We also loved the activity center pool and the super close proximity to speelyi beach. Great stay!

Beautiful home, fantastic host!

The house was even better than we expected (and we had high expectations to begin with!). The host was super communicative and prompt to respond to any questions. The house is very well stocked with everything, from zip lock baggies and tin foil to Tupperware for food storage and tons of appliances (like the waffle maker!). We loved everything and will definitely be back!

Wonderful property

We love this house. The kitchen is awesome and the owners have stocked it with everything you need and many things you would not have thought of. The games and books in the house were great, the 4 and 7 year olds loved exploring. Communication with the owners is excellent. They are very responsive.

Everything you need

This house was so great - kitchen was stocked and everything was cozy and homey. Didn't feel like a rental. We had a couple questions and the host was quick to respond and offer help. We did have a brief power outage and there was just one small dim flashlight, having a couple more available in the house would be nice. We had our phones but it is very dark at night in the area. We all had a great time and will keep on our list to rent again and refer friends.

Family reunion

This year our adult children asked for a cabin in the snow in Lou of presence. This place did not disappoint! It was tastefully decorated, including a Christmas tree with plenty of space for us to gather and enjoy one another’s company! The bets were amazing, and the cabin was well appointed and quiet. Some places basically ask you to clean the whole cabin before leaving, but this place asked for a very reasonable amount of work to be done before leaving. I would recommend it to anybody! We did use the hot tub one night at the fire pit was snowed over, so maybe we will come back another time and enjoy that aspect of the cabin. Again, thank you so much for making our Christmas and memorable one!

Fabulous summer getaway big enough for big families!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It is beautiful and clean and new! There was plenty of room for all of us and our kiddos (5 & 9) really enjoyed the loft area that was stocked with games and more. And the bunk bed room is a kids dream room! (But that room also comfortably accommodated my husband and I as well.) My brother and sis in law enjoyed their comfortable room upstairs too. And the hot tub was a treat we all enjoyed and so clean. And lastly my mom and dad really enjoyed the convenience of having the beautiful master bedroom on the main floor. Owners were very communicative and prompt in helping us during our stay with questions that arose. Kitchen was well stocked and that was so appreciated. Looking forward to next time when the game room garage is ready for guest use. The Roslyn Ridge activity center is incredible and we enjoyed hanging there and swimming every day! See you next year!

Lovely stay in Roslyn

This is a lovely home with lots of room for a whole family. Our grandson loved the pool at the activity center and we all enjoyed the town of Roslyn. Our house was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would recommend it highly for family including children.

Horse Show Retreat

Upscale getaway from the early mornings and long days competing at our hunter jumper show. Perfectly appointed with amenities to make meals and relax in a quiet environment. Would also be a great location for a group wanting to explore the outdoors and have a quality place to retreat to in the evenings to relax. I hear they are putting in a game room which will be a wonderful addition for a nice retreat too!

Family Holiday Weekend

This house is very clean and well stocked with everything you need/want. Decorated very cute. The activity center has a very nice pool and our kids and teens enjoyed swimming in it. The kids love the bunk room and the variety of games available to play. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great place!
