This is a great place to stay! The yard is beautifully maintained and there is plenty of room to play and relax both inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet yet the location is close to anything you need. We would book this property again.

Great place with tons of space.

Our stay was great - more than enough space for six of us (3 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, nice kitchen). The place was clean, stocked with all necessary kitchen items, and Kelly was great to work with. The hot tubs was clean and ready to go and the video games were fun also. I would definitely come back.

Quick trip to Lagoon

House was beautiful- very clean and well maintained. Good quiet neighborhood with a playground across the street. Hot tub was an added benefit to relax after a long day. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

Perfect in every way

This rental exceeded all our expectations. It was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and clean as a whistle. Host graciously allowed us to check-in a few hours early. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautifully updated home in wonderful neighborhood

We chose this home as it is located about one mile from our daughter's in Clearfield for our seven-day stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home is lovely, newly updated, cozy, very clean, well-cared for, and provides families with some separation and privacy with one bedroom downstairs along with a family room with a huge TV. The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed (very comfortable) along with a wall-mounted TV. I really enjoyed the jetted tub in the primary bath. The upstairs family room also has a huge TV. Internet access is very good along with TV service. The kitchen is well-stocked with very nice dishes, utensils, etc. It is so wonderful to have a washer and dryer for extended stays. The property has easy keyless entry. Outside holiday lights were a very nice touch. This home is a perfect choice for our family. We will be staying here again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

Thank you so much for a fantastic time! The house was perfect for our family. Thanksgiving went through without a hitch. Everything was just as pictured and we had a wonderful experience here. Will definitely return!

Family wedding

It was just perfect. The house was located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It was within 15 minutes of wherever we needed to be. The beds were very comfortable. The game was fun too!! We loved the hot tub also, it was nice to sit in it after our hiking and wedding dancing. The house had everything we needed. Thank you!!

Peaceful Home

Overall, we had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all city amenities one could possibly want. Clearfield is pretty centralized so that made it easy to get to nearby entertainment in both Salt Lake and Ogden. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms stayed dark with heavy duty blinds. The bit of games downstairs were also a hit with my young daughter. Our only 'complaint' was a lack of shelf-stable products in the kitchen. There was a waffle iron available, but no waffle mix to use it. There were plenty of cooking utensils, but no cooking oil or spray. It seemed very tuned into those that would prefer going out to cooking, but for a frugal guest it would have been nice to have the option and not need to buy those staples ourselves. We did leave them for the next guest. The lack of dishwasher detergent seemed an oversight since it was a requirement to start the dishes, if used, when you leave. Also, the lack of Kleenex in the rooms was more a discomfort than anything. The Hot Tub was fabulous and so easy to use. And while we didn't grill out, it was awesome to have the pellets and tools for that option. The water pressure left something to be desired, especially if you flushed while showering or using the sink. Was definitely amusing and only a minor inconvenience for a short period. So, overall a great experience and would stay again.
